Hi there,I have an automated generated spreadsheet and in one column I have a update google-docs-link within is an own templatestyle in german written. Now I want to have an english version of this template. I already tried the App pdf.co but they deactivated the PDF Translate Action. Now I am trying further options like for example DeepL but it didn´t work. I find this introduction but it is via airtable and not via a updated spreadsheet: Can you help me with options, ideas how I can translate a PDF or google-doc dynamic and getting out the same template like the origin?Many Thanks
Is there a way to somehow trigger a Zap with either a flagged email or a task from Microsoft Planner/Loop?Both show up in Microsoft Todo, but not as tasks, and the “new task” trigger doesn’t pick them up. My best workaround idea is to do another automation in Power Automate that collects all the task info, and use the output of Power Automate as a trigger for Zapier. Thank you in advance!

I need that the user click in a button in my CRM and after this open a modal that him can connect your facebook account / page form (using zaiper). Hi!I am looking at purchasing Zapier for my company but need to know if it can accomplish the following: Can underground workers (without internet) fill out their JotForm as usual and then when internet is restored to the mobile device, the information that they has input throughout the day be populated into the spreadsheet? I have tested the functionality of my Zap flow and all works just fine but have not tried to do it without actove internet connectivity. Thanks so much for any insight!
Hi thereIm struggling to get a zap working where I want to do the following: Create an automation in Active campaign when a deal stage changes The send about 8 bits of data (captured in custom fields in active campaign) over to Pandadoc Create a doc from a saved template with custom fields that then fills with data from active campaign and send out for signature Im really struggling to set this up and i cant find enough info on the setup to make sense of it. I cant seem to see any place to map the data from active campaign to Pandadoc fields - although I feel like it might have something to do with the metadata options at the actions tab on create a Pandadoc Any help much appreciated Cheers Christian

I’m having an issue with the AI actions where it says that an action is not enabled when it is, and has in fact worked but *only* when used in the Test area when modifying the GPT. The action just creates an all-day calendar entry, so I don’t think it has anything to do with the way I’m asking it or what I’m asking it to do. Note I’ve checked the “Manage Access” window and it’s active/enabled for both GPT entries in that window. I checked the ChatGPT discord and it seems to be happening to others as well. Any ideas for other things to try?

Hi, Few leads not pushed to CRM from Zapier. Note: This may not be possible but I’ve exhausted my research so will ask here. I have 700+ member users in Slack. I would like to import the user accounts into Mighty Networks to ensure a seamless transition. I can get a member export from Slack in json format and possibly in cdv or tab delimited format. I suspect this would include username/email but won't port over the login passwords. The Zap triggers for Slack to Mighty Networks all are based on a “new action” (ie. new user account, new post). Is there a way for me to define a trigger that I can manually “trigger” to import a file of members?

I would like to migrate my user community forum from Slack to Mighty Networks. I have 700 members, a dozen channels and 1000s of posts within those channels. I can manually create the channels in MN. I can get active users to create accounts using email blasts. What I would like to do is move my archive of messages over to MN. Slack will let me export channels and messages to a json file but MN has no import feature for this. So I’m thinking perhaps I could create a Zap that will browse my slack forum, select each message and recreate it in MN. I cannot find a zap trigger for this. The closest I can find are triggers based on new messages. Any advice would be appreciated.
I need to link Notion and WordPress so that whenever I create a new item in a database, the content of the page is used to create a new post in WordPress. Right now, Zapier doesn’t give access to the content of the page. I get only the various properties of the page. Is there a viable workaround if there’s no such feature available for now?

First I am new to Zapier so bear with me :) So I was able to get the zap working that when someone booked a spot on Calendly, it created a scheduled recording in SquadCast. But for my podcast I often have more than one guest. When multiple guests sign up for the same time slot, then SquadCast creates a separate recording session for each one which doesn’t work. I looked at the zaps available, but wanted to make sure there isn’t something I am missing.Workaround right now would be to add them to the other scheduled recording on Squadcast manually as they come in and then send out emails. Before I add that to my workflow wanted to check for possible other options if there are any. Thanks!
Hi there! I am trying to setup a bambooHR trigger from by having it watch for changes on a report. I was able to identify the report number, and connected it. However once I get to chose a test report, it only sends me 3 out of the 11 entries that I have. For context, those first 3 hires were the first hires in BambooHR however they dont have anything unique to the other hires. All hires have future start dates, and all of the required info filled out. When I hit “Find new records” it doesnt bring any additional records over. Has anyone run into this before?
Hi Folks,I am trying to setup a Zap, which can pickup the Release APK from a Github Repository (Flutter).I have correctly setup the Trigger (where I can view and select my repo from Git).But, when I setup the Action, I have selected the option “Upload File” and also in the “File” field, I have given the tag “Assets Browser Download Url”, which I selected from the drop down.When we run this Zap, the file upload is not happening. It is failing with an error “The App Returned ‘Not Found’ ".Basically, what was happening is the “Assets Browser Download Url” for the hardcoded release number when we setup the Action. It is not picked up dynamically whenever the Release happens in the Git.Has anyone tried this before? If yes what is the correct syntax we need to give in the “File” field.Please help me on this.ThanksRaj

I am creating an interface with a query function for my users. The user enters what they want to find into a field and then the associated Zap finds the data in the source Zapier Table and then puts the results in a Table that is displayed to the user. I’ve got this working, however, all new query requests have the query results added to the bottom on the display table. So, I either need to add the results to the top of the display table, clear the display table or some other option I haven’t thought of so that the user sees their query results displayed back to them (without having to scroll down to find them).Any ideas?Thanks!!!Query screen with results shown; additional queries do no change rows shown

Hello, I am having trouble with my zap linked to Burst SMS. Messages are sending through to customers, however, for every message sent to customers, one message is sent to our work phone. I cannot understand how to stop this from happening and this means that I am currently paying double the amount of money beacuse of this problem. Please let me know how I can fix this!Many Thanks
