Question

Burst SMS is sending duplicate messages to work phone numbers using Zapier.

Hello, I am having trouble with my zap linked to Burst SMS. Messages are sending through to customers, however, for every message sent to customers, one message is sent to our work phone. I cannot understand how to stop this from happening and this means that I am currently paying double the amount of money beacuse of this problem. Please let me know how I can fix this!

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Also, check your Zap Runs history to see the DATA IN/OUT to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/
