How do I create a Zap to transfer data from ActiveCampaign to PandaDoc when a deal stage changes?

Hi there

Im struggling to get a zap working where I want to do the following:

 

  1. Create an automation in Active campaign when a deal stage changes
  2. The send about 8 bits of data (captured in custom fields in active campaign) over to Pandadoc
  3. Create a doc from a saved template with custom fields that then fills with data from active campaign and send out for signature

 

Im really struggling to set this up and i cant find enough info on the setup to make sense of it. I cant seem to see any place to map the data from active campaign to Pandadoc fields - although I feel like it might have something to do with the metadata options at the actions tab on create a Pandadoc

 

Any help much appreciated

Hi @raytax25 

Good question.

We would need to see detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Make sure you PandaDoc template is configured for fields to set the Field ID and Merge Field.
