Hi there, I’m struggling to connect Facebook to Zapier. The connection looks totally healthy on the Zapier side, but the data is not pulling through. On the Facebook, it allows me to connect to Zapier as CRM via the ‘instant forms’ section, the connection disappears when I navigate away from the page. I also also tried to connect via the Leads Access section of my business settings in Facebook and no CRM shows up when I try to find Zapier.Any suggestions? Thank you
Hi guys,i am facing a problem in one of my zaps. The zap should create a draft email in Outlook, when i set a specific tag in asana. The problem is, that the draft email gets created in my outlook live account and it doesn´t matter if i set up the zap with the outlook app or office 365. In any case, the draft email gets created in the outlook live account, which is not able to synchonize with my outlook desktop app.My aim is to get the draft email in my desktop app, not in my web oder live app. Anybody here with the same problem or a solution?Thanks so much!Jan
Hello, and thank you for coming to help.I have been trying to find a way to schedule whatsapp messages to be sent weekly and I just can’t figure it out.I am new to Zapier so I am sure there is a way that I am just not seeing.My goal is to simply have a google sheets in which I put the contacts, their phone number, and the day of the week I would like the message to be sent. Then I linked that to 2chat, but I don’t know how to set the zap to send the message to multiple numbers. On the 2chat action it only lets me choose 1 number. I was able to schedule a message every day for one person, but I want to scale it to be able to send messages to multiple numbers.Thanks again in advance.
Hi,We’ve set up multiple Zaps to push Linkedin leads (from Linkedin Lead Gen Forms) to Airtable.Since our internal analytics are not showing the same number of leads as Linkedin Ads, we started comparing the leads on Linkedin, and the Zap Runs. In more than 50% of cases, the Zap didn’t run. We can’t understand why the Zap won’t push the lead to Airtable 100% of the time. Thank you for your help
I’m running a multi-ad set lead campaign in Facebook. I have set up the Zap to: 1. Find the Facebook adset name and match it to the Mailchimp audience that contains that adset name. If it finds a match, add subscriber to the matching audience. If it doesn’t find a match, add subscriber to default audience. It didn’t do any of this...not sure where I’m going wrong.
Hey everyone. I’m wondering if it’s possible somehow to create a zap from a CRM (Pipedrive in this case) to Google Sheets, where depending on the person selected in Pipedrive, it finds and updates the spreadsheet with the name of the customer. For some background, the company I work for has a spreadsheet dedicated to each service provider we use to help our customers. So customer places an order with us, we look at the best service provider for them and add an order to the spreadsheet we share with them. I understand it’s possible to find worksheets, but what about spreadsheets in general and then worksheets specifically? Thank you in advance for helping!
I am watching a video about clickup Integration with Zapier - I am wondering did clickup or zapier remove the ability to add a template to a task list? I have attached the screenshot from the video as well as the screenshot I am seeing. If this is removed does anyone have a workaround for this?
Hi,I’ve set up a zap using email parser as the trigger and it works well except that it fires every time there is a reply to that thread. Is there a way to limit triggers to only the first message of the thread? Here are the specifics of my zap:email arrives to Gmail and is automatically forwarded to parser inbox with a filter. parser triggers zap which creates an opportunity in Copper CRMI wonder if there is a way to either limit the filter in Gmail to only forward the initial message of the thread to the parser inbox or to limit this in the Zap using filters or something. Hi there,I’m new to Zapier and I’m a bit confused how to access nested data items in my zap trigger data.I have attached a screenshot of the data that my trigger app provides. My goal is to access the field run_steps → 2 → data_values → 1 → value (containing “Alles super!” in my example). As I can’t be sure that the required value is always in run_steps → 2, icing on the cake would be to find the run_steps item where title = “Kundenfeedback” and then access data_values → 1 → value of that item.When I check the data that is provided in the following steps, I only find a field called Run Steps Data Values Value containing ‘null, [“Alles super!”], null, [null], null, null, [null] …’Is there a safe way to access the desired field, e.g. like run_steps[title=Kundenfeedback] → data_values[2] → value?Thanks in advance,Alex
I am looking to maintain a history of any changes made to items on a board in Monday.com in a table with itemId, attributeID, value, and modifiedTimestamp. There is a trigger that looks for “Any Column Value Changed in Board” on the Monday.com configuration but from what I can tell it looks like this trigger sends all information for the entire item and does not identify the column that was changed. This is problematic because that would require me to write all the information for the item to a new row each time a change is made and then include logic that looks for the updated value in a subsequent process in order to populate the change log. My hope is that I missed something in the data that is produced from the trigger that identifies the changed column. Does anyone have experience with that integration that can either verify my understanding or direct me in a better course?
I’m working on a Salesforce to QuickBooks integration and I created a Zap that is triggered by a payment record in salesforce getting updated. It then finds the invoice in quickbooks and creates a payment associated with that invoice and applies the payment amount to the balance of the invoice.My issue is that it only works on the first payment that gets applied to an invoice. If another payment is meant to get applied to the invoice (for paying in multiple installments at different points in time), nothing happens, not even an error. I can see the transaction get picked up by Zapier though as it gets filtered out of a separate Zap we have running.Feel free to ask any other questions, but if anyone has any idea what might be happening, help would be fantastic

Hi there, I’m trying to establish a 2 way communication in between Asana taks + google calendar within zapier. I have managed to connect Asana to google cal so whenever I add a task into Asana, it shows up in google cal. Now when I del that task, it does not deletes it in google cal, do I need a separate trigger automation for that? As for setting up google can into Asana seems to be more complicated. I ran through tests in the automation triggers and I’m getting “A Task was sent to Asana about 5 minutes ago” however no tasks have been created in Asana cal. I received an error email from zapier stating Required field "Start Date & Time" (start__dateTime) is missing.” Could anybody help?
Using the Client ID and Cliet Secret in Instamojo, I have created a zap, fow which the Zap when tested it shows 403 Forbidden error. I need some help to resolve this issue.
We are looking to clean up our CRM on HubSpot and remove old data in the most automated way possible. Identifying old data could be done effectively by cross-referencing our HubSpot contacts with our Office RnD contacts (Office RnD has a smaller, more updated contact base as it was introduced more recently). Due to the quantity of contacts on our CRM, it would realistically take too much time to manually cross-reference. Is there a way that we can use Zapier to cross-reference this data for us and then point out contacts that are on Hubspot but not on RnD?

Complete story: I am trying to create a ticketing system within Slack - here is what I'm trying to design: Users fill out a form within slack - fields like [Product Name] and [Description] - basic stuff. Once the post is made on the channel, I want Zapier to trigger a zap that digests the post, and based on the [Product Name] they select, copy the description of the issue and body of message and transfer that information to a separate slack (product specific) channel. Here is an example of the form output: Form Output Problem: the message sends to the channel, BUT, it is formatted incorrectly and doesn't have the correct logic in place to recognise the specific section of the message that matter (the product line). My Webflow form trigger and corresponding Zap was working until earlier this month.Now, the individual tests are successful when I’m editing and testing the Zap, but the published webform still fails to trigger.I’ve turned the zap on and off, relinked the trigger, and got a successful test at each stage, but it still won’t trigger.Webflow site is on Business Plan, and should be well within the limits of API access and whatnot. I have unlimited form fills.If anybody has any tips, please let me know!
Hi Folks,I created an app on zapier (dummy name) “xyz”.I am a developer of “xyz” app who is integrating the “xyz” plugin into zapier.I was making the action form, in that I require a flow Field 1 - Input Field (Dynamic Dropdown) Field 2 - Dynamic Field (Dropdown) Field 3 - Dynamic Field (TextBox)On selection of Field 1, I want to load data in Field 2 - This I am able to do perfectly by setting “Alters Dynamic Fields” checkbox true in Field 1 & by making Field 2 from “FieldSchema.js” of zapierNow, when I am trying for same feature between Field 2 & Field 3 I allowed { altersDynamicField : true } in Field 2 & { default : bundle.inputData.Field2 } in Field 3 Field 3 is not getting that default text - I even tried putting static text like { default : “hello” } which is not working.I also tried with simple inputField having Default Text (in input Designer) as “random text” - it was showing “random text” in preview form field - but was not showing on actual action form fiel
Hey guys! So I am wanting to post new Thinkific reviews sent to me on Gmail onto our FB group. HTML stripped, and some text reformatted or removed. I’ve done it successfully using a 9 step zap, but feel it’s too clunky and wondering if there is a better way? Here’s the review example: I then used a series of “Replace” text actions, and removed a bunch of text and made a few edits. The post then appears on FB like this: So that’s all good and well - but it’s very specific to this particular Thinkific course, and I’d like to have this zap manage reviews that come in generically for our other courses. Any advice? With thanks! David
Hi, I’m setting up a new zap that will integrate my Gumroad account to Mailchimp. When I set it up, even though I have lots of sales in my Gumroad account, Zapier says it can’t find any sales and it fills in a dummy sale of “John Doe.” So then when I try to create the zap, I get the message that it can’t be created because it needs a real sale. So I just had a friend buy something from me on Gumroad, thinking that maybe the sale needed to be made right while I was creating the zap, but it still didn’t pull the current sale. I am logged in to Gumroad. Perhaps this is something that can’t be done in the 14 day trial period? Thanks for your help.
