Hi there,

 

I’m struggling to connect Facebook to Zapier. 

The connection looks totally healthy on the Zapier side, but the data is not pulling through. 

On the Facebook, it allows me to connect to Zapier as CRM via the ‘instant forms’ section, the connection disappears when I navigate away from the page. 

I also also tried to connect via the Leads Access section of my business settings in Facebook and no CRM shows up when I try to find Zapier.

Any suggestions?

Because there are so many factors that go into making the FB Lead Ads Zap connection work successfully it can be hard to pinpoint/troubleshoot.

Hi there @Nicky T - looks like you were able to connect with our friends in Support, I wanted to add their response here in case anyone comes across a similar challenge in the future: 

 

If Zapier isn't showing as one of the CRMs and if the page isn't showing up as an available option to be selected in the Zap, then this is most likely because the Zapier app is missing permissions to access that page.

On that Facebook Page:

Can you please navigate to the page where you want to connect to and go to the Business Integrations settings and remove Zapier 

 

Next, On Zapier

Remove all the connections you have in Zapier here and add a new one: https://zapier.com/app/connections/facebook-lead-ads

You should get a pop-up window with sliders to grant Zapier access to various parts of your Facebook, which you will need to turn on for ALL the pages you want to use in Zapier.
