How to build an approval system for AP documents after Zapier's built-in module was discontinued?

Hello everyone, I am a small business owner needing to build an approval system for AP documents. I have seen the zapier replacement module (even in help documents, as of 11/2023) but I see it’s discontinued.  Can anyone recommend a system that can handle this? Or how to build it out with tables/interfaces?
