Error message failed to create a contact in active campaign. The app returned "Contact id or email is required. (422)".

Hi, what to do? I have 2 test contacts in Active campaign.

For the ID field that would expect an ActiveCampaign Contact ID, not an email address from HubSpot.

For the Email Address field, the mapped variable has “No data”.

You may need to add a Filter step before to make sure a Contact is found from the HubSpot step.

Can you post screenshots with how your HubSpot step is configured?
