Morning, I’m looking to create Zaps from Freshservice to Connectwise and back and I’m wondering if anyone has got it to work well?  Specifically I want a new ticket to be raised in FS, zapped to CW and when a new note is added or the incident closed I want it zapped back into FS.  I know we’ve tried before my time and it ended up generating an infinite loop of new tickets,  Ideally, I’d like a way for the trigger to only send tickets from certain Companies back and forth as well but I’m note sure if Zapier can manage that.  Would there be a workflow maybe in FS that could filter out what we need before the Zap is triggered?

Perhaps try using a Filter step in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
