I have a Google form that includes skip sections (in other words, if the answer to a question is no, subsequent questions about that topic are skipped; if yes, the follow-up questions are shown).

I would like to automate creating a PDF of the Google form output when a new response is submitted that looks like what a respondent would receive by email (in other words, the form with their responses selected).

When I use Google forms and PDF.co what I get is a PDF of the blank form (not one with the responses filled in).

Can someone help me figure out what I am doing wrong? Thank you!

I should also have added that the link I entered is the link that would be sent to the respondent to fill out the form (respondent link). I’m sure that’s the problem but I don’t know how to fix it.

Good question.

You’ll need to configure a template to use in PDF.co.

Then map variables from Step 1 (GForm) to Step 2.

Try using this Zap action: PDF.co - PDF Fillter
