Hey all, Need a little help setting up my first zap! I’m trying to connect Sheets and People Data Labs so that when I enter a new email address into Sheets, it pushes it through PDL and spits out the information I’m looking for. I feel like I’m 90% of the way there with the Zap I’ve built, but I just can’t quite get it to fire the way I want to. Any and all help anyone could provide would be super appreciated. Thanks!
Is it possible to only send recording from Hotjar that are from already set up segments in Hotjar? I have built a segment filter in Hotjar. I want anytime I get a new recording that matches those filters to send me an email for notification. But when i go to build the Zap there is no attribute that is related to the Hotjar Segment title that I can see. Does anyone know how to do this?This looks like it’s supposed to be easily doable based on the interaction menu on segments. Thank you!
Can I do the following with Zapier? Case 1: An alert should go out 30 days prior, 15 days prior and 7 days prior to each event from a google sheet automatically on a slack channel.Case 2: An alert should go out 1st of every month. This should have a list of events from that month. (for example - if it's april 1st, the alert will have the 4-5 events that we have in that month).The google sheet has columns which say Date, Event name, City.
Hi guys,I can connect FB Messenger API and pull data of customer chats into spreadsheet just fine.But what I’m trying to do is to also retrieve the reply chat (and it’s timestamp) to the spreadsheet.So, i know how long it takes, for each of my FB agent to reply to the message. So, I’m trying to create a zap from Monday to Asana. When a task is updated, I would like the zap to dynamically find the task in Asana with the same title and update the column (or just update it in general with a notice that something has changed). I am not sure of the best way to do this - it seems like I have to have a task name already but I would like it to reference the name in Monday and try to find an exact match (I have a zap set up to add the task already). Is this possible? If not, what is the best workaround?
Hello alli thinks it’s a noob question here. i am having some issues with the configuration of Zap between Facebook Lead Ads to Salesforce.There are fields already determined in SF that need just to be matched (Energy Sources: Gas, Oil etc..). But instead of taking the response from FB and matching them. Zapier just will overwrite them instead, see attached screenshot. Thanks in advance for the help
Hi,We are collecting contacts via Ninja Forms on WordPress and using a zapier webhook to collect the contact data, then sending to Ominsend from Zapier.We’d like to use double opt-in but I can’t see a way to turn this on since it seems to be part of Omnisend’s forms.Does anyone know if it’s possible?Thanks
I NEED TO SET UP ZAP FOR SUPER BASIC SELLING PROCESS MONITORING: I drive traffic to a landing page that generates potential customers for a car rental. 1st part: all leads are filled in into a google sheet. Car rental calls the leads and a, close them b, lose them = no deal. Car rental must fill in and update all info incl DEAL column yes/no, PAYMENT column - how much etc. 2nd part: car rental may forget to fill in all new info and therefore I MUST HAVE A ZAP that creates every 3 days a Reminder e-mail with a list of names of LEADS that have not all info updated. Therefore I need ZAP that checks on multile columns such as DEAL, PAYMENT etc and if there are missing values, I need them linked with correct LEAD NAMES and create a list that goes as an GMAIL to a CAR RENTAL. 3rd part: I want to send Reminder e-mail with missing google reviews, too. 4th part: I want ZAP that every Sunday night or Monday morning sends me updated column HOW MUCH MONEY WERE MAKING (fx: SUM PAYMENT) THANK YOU gu

How can a Zap transfer new product data to Shopify when a new row is added to an Excel, and what is considered a new row?
I want to set a Zap that transfers data to Shopify as a new product when I add a new product (row) to my Excel sheet. I haven’t been able to get a Zap to work thus far. A couple of clarifying questions:does adding a new row literally mean I need to insert a new row, or does adding data in cells in the bottom row constitute a ‘new row’ should I be setting the zap to consider ‘update in row’ instead? If so, how long do I have to enter data in my columns of that row before the Zap is triggered?
Hello Experts !! Has anyone tried the abandoned cart sms for shopify ? The functionality seems to be pretty straight forward, but here is where I am having some questions/doubts. What is line item support ? is it looking at each item in the cart ? If I connect to shopify app will I get the url of the abandoned cart ? Do I get the abandoned cart event right away or it comes after some time ? are you able to read from zapier the sms opt in preference ? I am guessing no ? how are you sending out the sms ? as in, I am assuming best practice is to send it out after a few hours...and not right away. As in after a delay, so after the delay period I am guessing you have to again go check if the customer has completed the transaction ?All in all, I am guessing a system of record has to be maintined which has abandoned cart (guessing u get the phone number) after delay check if an order has been placed from that phone number, check the sms preferenceif sms preference is yes and order has not
I have a google sheet with several rows of unique promo codes listed. When a tag is applied in Keap Max Classic, I want to assign one of those promo codes to that new contact by:adding the contact’s email address in a cell next to the promo code (using the next blank cell available) then zap that promo code to custom field in Keap I’m not seeing how to do #1. How do I update a row based on the first row in that column being empty?

Hi,I’m new to Zapier, still in trial period.I’m using TypeForm to make a registration page, asking for a username, email, first name, last name, etc.Then, I used Zapier to connect TypeForm to Postgresql, add new record step, mapping each entry to the table field. Duplicate usernames are not allowed.If the TypeForm submission resulted in duplicate, how can TypeForm notify the user that “Username already exists. Please try again”?What zap steps do I need to make?Thanks!
How do I automatically add a customer's VAT number to a Fattura24 invoice when a new Shopify order is placed?
Hi guys, I’m trying to connect Shopify to Fattura24 to automatic create a client invoice in Fattura24 (Action) at every order made in Shopify (trigger). I’m not able to find the Customer VAT number in the scroll-down menu of the Action, and in this way the invoice will not have the VAT number that is crucial.

I currently have a Zap set up to do the following: A client submits a typeform A new task is added to a specific Asana projectThis automates a workflow for one of my contractors. Clients submit a request, the request pops up in his Asana project, and we’re good to go.I’m now adding another contractor to the team and I’d like them to have separate Asana projects to keep things easy.Ideally, I could adjust my Zap to do the following:A client submits a typeform Every other task is added to Asana project 1 and Asana project 2So, let’s say Mary, John and Nick all submit the typeform. I’d like the zap to send Mary to Contractor 1’s Asana Project, John to Contractor 2’s Project and Nick to Contractor 1’s Project.Is there any way to do this?I’m open to other options (if every other isn’t available) but really just need a way to randomly send those tasks to different projects. Hi, I’ve seen a previous question where the solution was to run something before the filter - however I don’t want to do that. I am using the fillter so we don’t burn through actions as the rule will run on every order from our webstore (7000+ orders per month). We have an existing zap that has a filter to just pass through order details when it looks like an address is wrong. The part I’m struggling with is where a customer doesn’t enter a postcode correctly. We have an address finder on at the checkout - but customers sometimes still manage to get it completely wrong. A correct postcode should be something like AB1 1AB, but we get AB, AB1 come through - are there any ways I can do this?
