Hello,I’ve a question and problem. I created successfully two Zapiers (message on Discord channel when I send new post on Facebook and message on Discord channel when I send new post on Instagram). Now when I added two posts (one on Instagram and one on Facebook) I have two Discord messages with role mentions. It’s possible to merge this so when I add two posts I have one Discord message with posts links?

I’m having a heck of a time right nowI track my ‘deep work’ hours across the day with Timeular and then I’l manually enter my deep work minutes in a number table in my Notion journal.I want to be able to automatically have my deep work hours updated for the current day of my journal automatically. HelloI have really tried to make a function/applet according to all instructions, but I can't.What I want to do is:1) Download an RSS feed (from a self-made page)***2) Post it on a Facebook page on a certain day of the week at a certain time each week.But after I have entered the feed, I can only choose that it should be posted when something in the feed is new, eg.I have to have a certain time, but then there is nowhere I can get a feed.*** It doesn't have to be an RSS feed. I can make a plain web page with just text if that would help but I can't find anyone like that
Hi, How do I create an Outlook calendar event based on a Shopify location attribute? eg if the location is “Location A” then the event would be created in “Outloook calendar A” or if the location is “Location X” then the event would be created in “Outloook calendar X”.Do I need to set up a Zap for each location or is there an easier way?
I am matching instagram engagement (accounts who tag our account) to Salesforce CRM data where we have record of our customers’ instagram URLs. I am trying to format the instagram username (just a name - example: ‘BobsWidgets’) in a way that will match with the SF CRM field (which is a URL - example: ‘www.instagram.com/BobsWidgets’). I need to either : reformats the username into a full URL before searching the CRM field search the SF CRM field with a “contains” function.My preference is number 2, but I don’t think zapier allows to search a field by contains. Any ideas how to accomplish? (Note - I know I could change the formatting in the Salesforce side but I’d like to avoid doing that as we have a very curated account view for our sales team).

Hello Zapier community, I’m facing an issue:The zap i’ll try to create is this one:When there is a sale on systeme.io, update column A with email customer from the sale on the google sheet dynamicly (meaning always on the next raw) then assign a code which is in column C and same raw as the column A to finaly send it by email. The issue i’m facing is the dynamic part, or it always used the same raw or facing an issue with adding a lookup step. Can someone help me on that?
I’m new to Zapier and just wondering if it is possible to make it do what I want! I am using Beacon CRM to manage recruitment of a large team of volunteers. Part of this involves collecting references for applicants. I’ve set up a Zap to automate this via Outlook and it works exactly the way I needed. My problem is that if the referee doesn’t respond to the email within 1 month I want to send a reminder email to chase them. I can see how to set up a delay and an ‘only continue if’ to filter out those who have responded. But I assume that Zapier does not refresh the relevant fields to check whether they have changed since the initial trigger. So, is there a way to get Zapier to re-check the relevant field (which will be true/false) and see if it has changed since the trigger? I don’t want to accidentally chase everyone who has already responded! Let me know if you need more information, and thanks in advance for your help!
Every time I sell a product, I need to create a new google folder that has a customized google sheet and a customized google form. My zap does that, but I also need to set it so the responses from the new form go to the new sheet, and as far as I can tell there isn’t an action for that.I see there are ways to set up an action where if the Form gets a new response, a new row gets added to a specific Google Sheet. Problem is, that would count as a new task every time someone submits the form, and I’m going to be getting so many Form responses that that isn’t practical for me. I can link the two manually through Google Forms, but it sure would be nice not to have to if there’s a way to automate that without eating through all my allotted tasks.
How do I use Zapier Interfaces to create interactive email buttons for post extension or deletion with UTM parameters?
Hi, here is my use case: Zapier automation that looks for expiring posts on my site and then sends email notifications via SendGrid to those post owners with 2 options: a.) Extent post by 1 month or b.) Close post and move to trash. My question: I need the buttons in the email to trigger two Zaps (or a single with a path) and would normally create a dedicated page on my site, use some JS and call a Zapier Webhook. Can I use Zapier Interfaces for this experience instead where the buttons go to a Zapier interface and my logic happens there? If so, can I use UTM params from the buttons to pass meta data accordingly to the interface and subsequently my Zap to finish the process? Thanks!

I have a form in Gravity Forms that I want to create multiple new records in Salesforce. Ideally, when the form comes in to Zapier, it would create an account, one or two new contact records, and an opportunity record in Salesforce. I don’t want to have it come in as a lead because I can’t create two contacts from that. Is it possible to add multiple steps to a zap where it will create the account, then create two contacts related to the account, and then the opportunity?

I have a trigger where if an Excel column text is changed to ‘no’, it triggers a zap. But I want to avoid a situation where if the column is changed by accident, I don’t want it to trigger the zap immediately. I want a 1 minute buffer to allow the user to correct their error and undo the column change. I know I can add a delay step, but will this cancel the zap or just delay it? What I mean is, if I put a delay step after the trigger, will it just wait a minute and then continue the zap anyway? If so, how can I create a buffer period in which the zap checks to see if the trigger was an error or not?
Hello,I am trying to use google spreadsheet and google calendar as a way to create the monthly schedule for my company. I have the first column for the date, and the second column is for the name of the person working at that location. I do not want to set a time for these events, as I would like them to be added as ‘all day’ events. I want to update the spreadsheet and have the Google Calendar update automatically. I have used the steps described below that I found from another Zapier forum. Although, when I try to update the spreadsheet, instead of updating the existing event, a new event is created in addition to the event that already exists. How can I make it so the existing event is updated when the spreadsheet is updated? And not create duplicate events? Hello!I’m still new to Zapier and was wondering how to make it filter out things that aren’t really line items from Shopify and translate that to Airtable.For Shopify, we had to use a third-party app for product customization, but it essentially makes an additional line item when the order comes through.And I’m using Airtable as my production management system. So when an order comes through Shopify, I want Zapier to send it to Airtable, but if it’s a customization, I don’t want it to make a record because it isn’t a product:I’m either trying to have Zapier filter out before sending the zap by saying “If the title of the line item says ‘Customization’, then don’t send the information; or, if it is easier, I am trying to have it say “If the line item has no SKU, then don’t send it to airtable.” I was trying to filter it out, but of course, the order has line items with SKUs in it, along with the one without a SKU, so it came through anyway.What could I do to achieve this? I want to automate asking GPT4 to analyse articles/research papers. The goal is to post a URL or PDF attachment in Discord, and get the ChatGPT analysis as a message in the same channel. The Zap looks like this:Discord Msg Trigger → extract text from article in message → ChatGPT Conversation (analysis) → post analysis in DiscordDiscord message input/output setup has been fine; the roadblock I’m experiencing is getting the bulk text of the article to pass to ChatGPT. I am a free user, so webhooks are not an option for me currently.Options I have explored are as follows:PDF handler apps: the ones available seem to be for PDF generation only or extracting data from predictable templates e.g. invoices, so not suitable. Web Parser: can’t handle the amount of text I want to extract as it seems designed for normal webpages.
