Hello, I updated my google form that is attached to the google sheet that sends out a slack message to slack daily. I’m trying to update the slack message incorporating the new columns added to slack but I do not see them all populated in zapier. Is there somehing I can do to have it show up?
OKKKK…… Is it possible for this to happen. I created a lead capture page in Stan Store. I need it to act as a opt in page for my website. So when they submit I need 2 things to happen. 1- the lead is captured2- the lead is redirected to my website which is an external link. Can I use Zapier to do this? THanks in advance!!
I'd like to receive notifications in a specific Slack channel when a file is uploaded to Google Drive. Currently, notifications work when creating a Spreadsheet or Docs on Google Drive, but it doesn't work well when uploading PDF or Word files. Is this possible?
Dear Community, I import leads from Heyflow to Zapier Tables, which is a form builder. This works perfectly for new records, which are stores in tables. Now I would like to update this entry each time this person fills out the form again. In Heyflow, this is a new entry each time, which is just how it works. Ideally, I would like to have a check if the lead exists already already and then either create a new entry or update the existing ones. Any idea how I can do that? This is my current configuration, which doesn’t do the job because I can not filter by a check if the lead already exists.
I would like to create an automation that pulls info from a google doc and adds a new subitem if it’s ID does not match an existing subitem. For example below, I want to run a check against these IDs and if the new item’s ID doesn’t match them it creates a new subitem. I’ve been trying to play around with Looper but can’t seem to figure out how to implement this since each sub-item comes in as a line item with a different name. Please let me know if you have any suggestions, Thanks!

How do I automatically add a space in specific positions within UK postcodes for consistent formatting?
Hello,I am looking at how to ensure that there is a space in the postcodes I want to use as sometimes when they are entered in there is no space and this can cause an error when processing a workflow output so I want to use ZAP to ensure ensure that the output of all post codes irrespective if a space is added or not then the output always has a space.An example is LS249TK or LS24 9TK.I know that going from the end of the postcode the 4th character from the right should always be a space.Any help would be appreciated. How can I update specific rows in a Google Sheet and CRM by matching volunteer names when receiving a new application?
So we would have a google sheet which is a list of volunteers that have completed the agreement form, we would use the whenever a new row is created trigger, but is there a way for it to look at the row and match the volunteers name when it is making changes to the row in the linked CRM? Or will it just make changes to the newest row regardless of if the volunteers name in the CRM matchesWhenever we get a new application the rows will change in both sheet and CRM and sometimes there will be more people in the CRM than in the sheet since not all people in the CRM will complete the agreement to fully become a volunteerMake an explanation if that helps https://imgur.com/Ue9NDjM
I went to make some changes in a Zap that uses MS Exchange. I see the following alert:I would hope that there is a change log or release notes somewhere describing the changes so I have some idea before I commit to updating my Zap. No matter what I search for in the help section I can’t find anything, and the Exchange help/notes doesn’t have this info.Am I missing something obvious?Or, does anyone know what changed in the Exchange integration recently?ThanksStephen
Hi everyone! I have a quick question about how to set up the conditions that deal with tags that a contact has in the CRM. My question is:Of course, one contact can have multiple tags.Should I use "Contains" and "Does not contain"? In this case, I'm considering only one specific tag.If I choose "Exactly matches", does it take into account the entire "string" of the tags that a contact has? (I want to consider only one). Is it ok to use the "tags tag" instead of the "tags ID"? Thanks a lot for your help!
Hi,I’m trying to get a specific Group Id in Monday from the Get Group Details zap.I have create a Zap to Get Group Details, it working fine.But now, I’m trying to get the unique group Id using a Title.How can I convert the Get Group Details response as a list or something that I can search in to get that Group Id and use that group ID in another Step.Thanks for your help.
Im looking for the ability to vary the content in an email based based on non-qualitative data from a trigger. When I say non-qualitative I mean: I dont want the trigger to be the source of the content which the email uses. so: IF trigger value A = 1 then put ‘A bit of content’IF trigger value A = 2 then put ‘A different bit of content’I dont want to have to send ‘A bit of content’ and ‘A different bit of content’ in the trigger I hope this makes sense Currently I see 2 options:Create a ‘path’: Super arduous as potentially have to manually copy over and maintain any additional settings and steps following the email Use Zapier Storage: I could use Zapier storage by setting up a seperate Zap which defines a value using a Google sheet, then call upon that value in my main Zap, but this seems very round about.I feel like I am missing something, I assumed there would be a Zapier utillity where you can add written content to a step and then push that value to furthr steps if corrisponding cr
Under Set up action, Event Info there is a large form. When I click in to a field I get I seem to have to choose one of them but it completly puzzles me what, where, when. Searching the community and google didn’t help me either. If somebody could enlighten me, I’ll be for ever grateful!X
Hello Zapier experts! New to Zapier, and somewhat new to Trello. Looking for a Zap that will copy a Trello board at the start of each month. I’m using free versions of each application. I’ve tried doing this through Trello alone, and haven’t found a way other than upgrading and creating templates, which I’d rather not do. I see there’s a “copy board” Zap, but I can not for the life of me figure out how to make it occur, say, on the last day of the month, so that I’m ready for the start of the next month’s task list.Thanks for any insights!!
