As Troy mentioned, Google Spaces isn’t an available app however Google Chats is! After looking it appears Google may have rebranded Google Rooms to Google Spaces so it’s possible the two apps are related. 
That said it does appear there’s only one action for Google Chats available at the moment, which is: Create a Message
