Can't Find Webinar (GoToWebinar action)

I’m trying to set up an integration with a private app (inSided) and GoToWebinar. Here’s the details of my webinar in GoToWebinar:   Here’s the Find Webinar In GoToWebinar search, with the start time input from my other app.   And here’s what I get when I test out the Zap step.   Any ideas why this is not working? I’ve tried putting in the date manually and still no luck getting a matching webinar.

Dropbox File Upload from Google Sheets

Hello. Kind of a newbie to Zapier. I currently have a ton of images attached to a Formstack form that I need to download and archive. Formstack does not have a method of mass downloading images. You can go into each form, and each form entry and manually open each image, download it, close it, and go to the next one. Needless to say, this is less than desirable. I exported all the form entries into a CSV file and they provide a URL to the images, but I’m still in the same boat of manually opening and saving each one. I thought there might be a way with Zapier. I hoped I could create a Google Sheet that had each URL as it’s own record (row) and using that link to upload to Dropbox. It all connected and looks good until I specify what the file is in Google Sheets. Zapier initially sais the field is empty (which it isn’t). I tweaked the URL and added “www.” and then it saw it was not empty. But then when it ran, it just made a TXT file of the URL, not the image I wanted to download. I

Shopify payments

Hi, I’m new here and was wondering if anyone could help me out? Shopify doesn’t provide end of day reports in POS and I don’t want to grant access for everyone to everything. We have 5 different locations and I need to get the finance report for each location at the end of day. Is it possible to use Zapier to somehow send the information to Google Sheets for example? Preferable so that employees would request for it when they close the stores.

Is it really possible to map Amazon sales to Google Ads for performance tracking?

Hi there, Zapier has a zap to connect Amazon Seller Central → Google Ads. This would be great for performance tracking to see how many sales in Amazon came from people who interacted with my ad campaign. But when I try to set up the zap, it asks me to map the GCLID field (GCLID is an ID that Google Ads puts into the URL after someone clicks on an ad) from Amazon. Amazon doesn’t have a GCLID field. See the attached image to see what I’m referring to exactly. I have asked Zapier support and they essentially said “I don’t know.” I have asked Amazon support and they essentially said “I don’t know.” But since the zap exists, this means someone has done it before, right?

Pipefy -> Google Calendar, Creating a Detailed Event, but with wrong times

Hey, in my company, we have a pipe to organize the negociations, and when any lead ask for a meeting, we pass the card for the column “first meeting”, i created a zap to make the event in our calendar, and it´s working, but the starting hour and ending hour in the calendar is 2 hours more than in pipe, problably its something about timezone, but the two devices are in the same timezone, any sugestion?

Hubspot to Outlook Zap Error

I’ve recently set up a Zap where where a contact is recently created or updated in Hubspot, the contact is updated in Microsoft outlook.  The Zap keeps showing the following errors: “Unable to update the specified contact: The send or update operation could not be performed because the change key passed in the request does not match the current change key for the item.” or (in my team mates case  (its a shared zap)): “Unable to update the specified contact: The specified object was not found in the store., The process failed to get the correct properties.".   Does anyone know of a way i can fix this?

Importing/Sending images form Avochato to PipelineDeals Activities

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is safe in these times :) I am currently volunteering for an organization that helps the elder get groceries via deliveries from other volunteers to put them at less risk of being exposed to COVID-19. Part of the process of assisting them requires us to utilize the app Avochato to trigger additions to the “Activities” in another app (Pipeline Deals). Currently, the zaps we have in place work fine with text, but we want to be able to import images as well in the activities in PipelineDeals. We tried testing and only text can be sent from our playing around with it. Is it possible to import images as well? If so, please help! Attachment is the current zap that imports only the text from an incoming message from Avochato.    Thanks for anyone’s help in advance!

Google Cal to Slack

Hi  I’ve got a calendly invite which is setup everyday (monday - Friday) for a maximum of 32 people. Each morning let’s say 9:00am I would like to post the names and amount of people attending that day. So far, what i’ve done is linked calendly to google cal and used the below.    First Zap Grabs Data from Google Cal and stores https://zapier.com/shared/13ff10bd439186ed62cb0eed0215551b531fe7ed   Second Zap posts stored data each morning  https://zapier.com/shared/b54d39f5122de951cf68ed2e6eb68ad5dce2cdfb   This produces strange results like 2 entries. How would I go about fixing and any tips appreciated. Is there a way I could pull this data straight from Calendly maybe.    Thanks

Need Help Connecting RingCentral and Hubspot (details below)

All, My company is trying to integrate RingCentral and Hubspot in the following way: When RingCentral records a call, I would like to create a note engagement in Hubspot with a link to the call recording. I would like this note engagement to be associated with the phone numbers involved in the call. The end goal is to be able to access the call recordings (or links to the call recordings) directly from our Hubspot contacts list. The catch is that I work for a small company with no experts on Zapier, and my boss has no interest in paying me (or anyone else) to become an expert. Can someone please provide step by step instructions as to how we could set this up so that it works reliably? I’ve already searched for articles on this and have found tips, but no step-by-step instructions. Thanks in advance and God bless!

how do you populate a text document according to data in a spread sheet?

Hi there, How can I populate a text document according to data in a spread sheet? Populated text would be relevant to, not the same as, the reference data. e.g IF field = 'A' THEN populate doc with 'Paragraph A'. If data in spreadsheet field is ‘Red’ then populate text document with ‘Red is a popular colour’. I’d like to repeat this process to create a whole document according to a row/column of data. (for context, the data is answers to a quiz and the document will be a report with paragraphs explaining each one of the answers they gave) thanks!

My Jotform form submissions are not showing any data in the fields. They are fully populated in Jotform. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? I have HIPPA turned on. Just recon nected JotForm to see if that helped and have cleared cache too. Very confused.

Hi, From the following SMS payload, I am struggling to extract 3 information message__account_recipients id (only the phone number): message__preview conversation__web_url Using Text to Formatter I can retrieve one of the three but when trying to add a second Text to Formatter Do this action it returns nothing/empty even though when use alone the second/third extract pattern return the expected value.  Here 2 extract pattern use:  (?<=account_recipients\"\:\[\{"id":")[\+[0-9]{12} (?<=preview":").*(?=","type") I guess I am not using the right extraction strategy by trying to cascade Text to Formatter actions. Anonimous messages Zap-Discord

Hello Zap Community!  I am trying to create a zap that make this: I have a discord about a “Black Market” of a video game. I would like to have a channel, #anonimous where people can’t see the other messages so it’s all anonymous. This is already done.  Then, when someone say something in this channel, the bot automaticaly copy + paste it in another channel, #black-market, just copying the content. This is all OK, now I need some ideas to do something so they can make the trade anonymously, like react to that message and send trade request (a private message/private channel created for that 2 people, the trader and the interested) Any ideas?    My discord: Zalo#3310

URL for pdf on Google Drive

I am facing an issue with a Google Sheets to LOB (direct mail provider) zap.  Everything works fine up until I have to put in the url for the front and back-end of the postcard.  That postcard is sitting on the same drive as the spreadsheet, all the shared properties are ok (anyone with the link can view etc). When I go to LOB to see the postcard, the image is blank.  Nothing shows up for the image.  Any help or has anyone faced this issue?

Hi. I am new to Zapier - like as of yesterday. I am using the tool to transfer data from a Google Sheet Doc to a card on our Trello board. I was able to get the data from the survey to transfer; however, now I want to include the column header as well in the transfer so my team know what the data is. Is there another tool or step I need to take to do so? Thank you so much for your help. :-)

Zapier iOS and Android mobile apps

I manage a couple of corporate accounts. For too long been waiting for Zapier to build mobile apps for Android and iOS. IFTTT is not something that we could use but now there is Integromat and they do have mobile apps (although the iOS app still requires lots of work, at least they try). Zapier doesn’t seem to be anywhere close to release iOS version and has no plans at this time for an Android version. If an app development like that takes 1-2 years, I am NOT willing to wait that long and will take the business elsewhere. Too bad so much ignorance for a simple quest. Even my shoe maker has a mobile app nowadays so I can custom my shoes on a mobile all the way I like them. So why a corporation like Zapier can’t scrap 10 developers to work on iOS and Android apps that’s beyond my understanding.

Is there a limit for short URLs?

Hello collective hive mind I have a question related to shortening URLs. I am running some large-scale automations that generate individual links that get sent via SMS to people. This could be thousands of links being created per month. Bitly is limited to 1500 links created per month. Does Zapier’s built in url shortner have any limites to the number of new links being created?
