Getting "Error parsing response. We got: !DOCTYPE html when trying to send a subscriber to Klaviyo

So we’re trying to set up a zap that triggers when someone completes a form on instapage which should send add that person to a subscriber list in Klaviyo. For context, we have two potential forms that can be filled out with different parameters - essentially a ‘true’ or ‘false’ depending on which button you pressed (and subsequently which form you filled in). When testing to send a sub to Klaviyo, I’m met with the error The subscriber could not be sent to Klaviyo.Error parsing response. We got: "<!DOCTYPE html> Does anyone know why this is or how to solve? Thanks!

Constant text and email reminders...

Thank you guys for your support! :)I'm looking for a solution that constantly gives me text and email notification reminders until I finally check off that completed task.Example:  Did you follow-up with this person Daniel?  If I select "yes", then the task would be completed (discarded) and the reminder notifications would stop.  And if "No", then I would keep getting reminded each day (or in a couple of hours, depending on the level of priority)... until it's finished.I also want to do this via my CRM which is Pipedrive - with the same concept.  "Did you follow-up with this person"?  etc...Thank you so very much guys! <3 :)

How can I get the link of hubspot deal into Google Sheets

Hi guys. I did a zap that everytime time a Deal in hubspot change it’s stage, Zapier will send the information to a sheet in google sheets. But, I wanna know, if is possible that zapier send the link of the deal to google sheets. It will be an additional information, besides name, email, stage, etc The link it’s like this: https://app.hubspot.com/contacts/0000000/deal/00000000/

Hello there dear Zapier community.I was wondering if there is a possibility to create an Asana task for each member out of a Slack @channel message.For example, I made a video with a few steps, like how to use this app, etc., and sent it to a Slack channel. Now it would be great to create a task in Asana for every single (or selected) member, with the exact content as the Slack message.Does anyone have any experience or perhaps a solution for this issue? Thanks a lot,Max

I’m currently using Thrivecart, and have set up the zap so that once the user purchases the product, it grants offer to my Kajabi product. My question is whether I can grant access to 2 products in 1 zap. If not, is there a workaround for this so that the user has access to both products?

Issue with formatting of Asana task attachments

I feel like I’m tripping but the way Zapier presents the Attachments object returned by the New task in Project in Asana trigger is different to how it presents the other objects.From testing the trigger: Then Zapier gives you: As you can see, Attachments has no data and then you get the values name, id etc as separate entities for each attachment.Looking at custom fields, it appears to have the same structure: However, Zapier gives you the values grouped in a sort of array: Why the difference? The issue this is causing me is that I can’t (at least easily) use looping by zapier to loop through the unknown number of attachments.

Find or Create Deal in Pipedrive error

Hi,I have created a zap to be triggered on a submission from a form.  The form is set to provide a Deal ID to find and update a specific Deal in Pipedrive.  This will be the most common outcome and this works.However, in the scenario where no Deal ID is provided or a Deal ID that does not exist, I am receiving different errors.If the Deal ID does not exist I get :  “Deal not found Please check developers.pipedrive.com for more information about Pipedrive API.”If there is no Deal ID supplied from the form I get:Required field "ID" (term) is missing.I have selected the option “Create Pipedrive Deal if it does not exist already”.  From this I would expect a new Deal to be created and autogenerate a new unique Deal ID, I have provided a Deal Title which is the only required field.Any help with this greatly appreciatedThanks in advance,Ian

Google Forms x Zendesk - Update tickets when theres a new Forms submission

Hello, I’m having some difficulties accomplishing this and would like to pick the brains of the community.Objective: I would like to update tickets with a new private comment everytime there is a new Google Forms submission, the tricky part here is that I want to update the tickets specified in the Google Forms submission. What I meant was that one of the questions asked in the Google Forms is “Ticket Number” and I’d like an automation where it reads that information, searches for the correct ticket in Zendesk and then updates that specific ticket with a summary of the forms responses in the form of an internal comment. Is this doable? Andrew

Hello - I am trying to get a file uploaded to BambooHR when a paperform is completed. The steps i have set up: Trigger: Form is completed in Paperform (Works) Action: Find and Employee in BambooHR (Works) Action: Upload the file to BambooHR (not working)I keep getting an error that says : The file could not be sent to BambooHR. Sorry, something went wrong. Please ensure a valid employee is selected. I am trying to set up the results from the first action to like to the corresponding employee in action 2 by using the Employee ID that is put in paperform and correctly found in Action 1.

Is there a way to get a list of text in a spreadsheet into a procedural video? Basically, have like.. 5 lines of text, each one fading in, one after another, and a single background video. Thoughts? Banner can do SOMETHING, but it only allows for a background video, and ONE piece of text on top of it.

Hi, I am unable to filter slack thread messages Both ts and thread_ts exist for main message. On keeping ts equal to thread_ts it fails with attached image.Condition ts equal to thread_ts works in zap testing but not after deployed.Please help me urgently as all of my zaps require thread filtering.Thanks!

How to export data from Trello to Airtable?

Hi, I’m trying to setup a one-way sync where a user can press a button and grab all the current Trello board data and paste it into Airtable. Is there a way to automate this with Zapier? I see there’s automated triggers with Trello like activity, but I would rather it be controlled to something like a button a user hits. And I can’t figure out after the trigger happens how to get the data from trello to airtable because the systems don’t talk unless I put one as the trigger? Thanks for any advice!

Google doc template number question

Hello Airtable community, I have a question concerning the “create a document from template”  Google Doc action, i’m using this action to create an invoice for my clients the trigger is a new record in airtable.There is an issue with one specific field (screenshots), this field is the TVA field, in my airtable this field is a formula (amount before tax * 0.20) and the format is currency and precision is 1.00.In my airtable the field does not show all the “0” you can see after the comma.Can you guys help me with that, is there something im doing wrong ? I didn’t had this problem before, all my invoices are fine but this month i have it on two invoices  Airtable view :Google doc viewZapier zap view

Overdue Invoice - Stripe

Hi,Is there any way of using Zapier to send an email to a client when an invoice in Stripe gets flagged as overdue?I can’t see to find any option in any of the stripe events that records an overdue invoice in order to trigger that Zap so the email gets sent.Has anyone had any experience with an Overdue Invoice Stripe trigger before?Chris

Zapier Disconnecting Daily from Private App: Creatio

We are using Cognito Forms to collect leads that we are then pulling into Creatio (CRM) with the help of Zapier. Creatio has a private app that we were invited to add on Zapier. Having connected that App we see the lead created in Creatio once the connected lead forms are filled out on Cognito. This part is working fine. However there is a disconnect that occurs daily, with an error email that states: The app did not respond in-time. It may or may not have completed successfully.We are forced to reconnect the account by going into the Zap > Choose App & Event > selecting the same App from the list. Then we have to run the submissions through the test that may have been missed. Rinse and repeat the next day. 1. Do you have any idea what could be causing this disconnect or how to prevent it from happening?2. If there are multiple submissions that were not pulled in due to the disconnect, can i go into the "Test Trigger" and select multiple options to pull in at once?
