Jira Service Cloud - Formatting

I can’t figure out how to format from Zapier to Jira Service Desk.

 

I need Bold/Italic etc and none of the formats I use work.

 

When typing in the description box I have tried *BOLD* and <b>BOLD</b> and neither work.
