Created a zap between KEAP and Simple Texting. The tests work fine. But when I have it go live, no zap occurs. Any ideas on why that might be the case or how to fix? I appreciate your help!

Can you post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured?
Check your Zap Runs: https://zapier.com/app/history/
- Is the Zap ON?
- Does the Zap trigger but get filtered?
- Does the Zap trigger but error?

- Does not show as triggered.
- Where would i see if there was an error? When i look at history there is no record.

If the Zap is not triggering, then the issue is with the app being used in the Zap trigger step.
Zaps only work for new data going forward when the Zap is ON.
Have you tested a use case that would trigger the Zap?
I did try to test it on a live account that didn’t have the trigger but added it in KEAP and the zap did not trigger. I have created a similar trigger before and I am not sure why this one is not executing.

Best advice is to check the Zap trigger config and check your Keap config.
