Question

Uploading to variable folders from Airtable to Google Drive

Hi,  I’m using an Airtable form for suppliers to upload documentation, which I then want to be uploaded to google drive.

I’m fine with theZap to upload files, that works fine when I specify one folder to upload to, but is there a way I can upload to a variable location so the files are uploaded to the suppliers individual folder or do I have to dump them in a static location then move them myself manually?

Hope that makes sense, thanks in advance for any help.

Hi @Davrey

Zaps can be made dynamic by using the ‘custom’ mapping option in steps.

Help article: https://zapier.com/help/create/basics/set-up-your-zap-action#set-up-your-action

You’ll either need to know the GDrive Folder ID already OR you can use a GDrive Find Folder action in your Zap.
