Aidaform Name to Mailchimp Name

I am having trouble zapping the Full Name in Aidaform to FNAME and LNAME fields in Mailchimp. When my zap pulls my data across the full name is going into both my FNAME and LNAME fields in mailchimp, for example: Aidaform  Name = Joe Smith Mailchimp showing FNAME = Joe SmithLNAME = Joe Smith Has anyone else had this issue and solved it? Is there a way to set a trigger for a specific type of event in Acuity?

Hi - I’m trying to connect Acuity and Mailerlite.  If a client books a particular type of event I want that to trigger them being added to a specific group in my email service provider.I see how I can have it do this for any new event with Acuity, but is there a way to specify the event type?  I don’t want someone who signs up for a coaching call to be added to the same email group as someone who signs up for a yoga class, etc.

Lead Score by Zapier "Learn More" links to Madkudu. Is this an error?

When I go to the page for Lead Score by Zapier, https://zapier.com/apps/lead-information/integrations I noticed that the “learn more” link is just a link to madkudu.com, which is a separate B2B lead analytics service. Is this an error, or is Lead Score by Zapier just Madkudu being rebranded?The reason this is important is that there’s a pretty big difference between B2B lead scoring and B2C lead scoring. As far as I know, Madkudu is heavily focused on B2B, and “Lead Score by Zapier” does not seem to mention this nuance or provide details on how it retrieves information on a lead.

Hey  I am trying to create a Zap between Facebook Lead form and google sheet. Everything works fine until  try to turn the zap on i get this message:  I then go to the apps and then connections to test but everything seems ok with the connection.  Has anybody else experienced this?

testing a trigger

Hello,When I am setting up a new zap and I test the trigger, it does not send any authentication information even though I have authenticated an account in the prior step. So when it goes to try to get some test data, I am not receiving any authentication information. Does anyone know why?

Create tag in Drip when order delivered (WooCommerce, ShipStation, Stripe, and QB integrated)

I am trying to add a tag to a customer in Drip once they receive their order.  I am trying to automate a workflow that starts once the order is received by the customer and all I see in ShipStation is a Zap for order created, not fulfilled.  I know ShipStation updates WooCommerce after delivery, but I can’t seem to get WooCommerce to send that info to Drip either.  Any ideas?

Google Sheets information not showing in Jira Service Desk

I am brand new to ZapierI am trying to open a Jira Servuce Desk ticket from the data in Google Sheets.The basic process works fine; I enter a new roll in sheets and 15 seconds later I have a new open support ticket in Jira with the correct subject. However, no data from any of the columns is in the ticket.When importing from a spreadsheet to Jira, where should all the data be populated?Do I need to choose which fields will be imported into Jira? and if so, how do I do that? I don’t see any option select columns.I was assuming into the comments filed but this is not the case.  Thanks
