How to track calls from Placetel to Contacts in Monday

I have a Monday Board consisting of:

Element = [FirstName LastName] | Column1= Telefone | Column 2 =Mobile

I want set an update in the Monday for the item in which any of both numbers fit when a call in Placetel is accepted or outgoing.

How can I connect these two APPs?

What about telephone numbers with or without country codes?

Good question.

You may need to use Paths in your Zaps to search for each Phone Number on the Monday Board: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-branching-logic-to-zaps-with-paths

You can search Monday Items using this action:

To create the Monday Update for the Item use this action with the Item ID mapped from the previous step.
