Hey everyone-So, I have a Zap that is designed to register a user in a Zoom Webinar that matches the name of the event coming out of SalesForce. So, this one Zap will accommodate any event that qualifies. This will prevent me from having to create specific Zaps for each event which works but that’s a lot of Zaps!So, in the action step of the Zap, for the Upcoming Webinar name, I’m trying to pass the value from the SalesForce data but this results in an error that says “Webinar not found” in Zoom.The webinar is in fact in both platforms with the exact same name. Any thoughts on how I can pull this off?Many thanks.
I am picking up from an associate who no longer works on this task. We have an active Zap which is running well, taking web-received form info, and placing it on a spreadsheet. I can see the Zap works and flows to a spreadsheet. But I don’t know where the Excel spreadsheet lives, or how to access the results. Thoughts on how to deduce this?
Hello, I have a problem of integration between Jotform and Zapier.I connect my Jotform account to Zapier, I pull data with trigger, I create my zaap properly then I test it and everything is working, my data loads on google sheet. However, when I do a submission on my Jotform’s form, I don’t see any data in my Google sheet. Zapier seems not noticing that a form has been submit in Jotform.I saw that other people had this problem but I don’t find the solution, do you have any ideas ? Thanks a lot,Sacha
I am trying to create a zap that creates a card inside of trello after a form submission. I got everything to work however I figured out that inside of the “ trello zapp “ there is no option to target the adress-field inside of trello.I really hope this going to be added in a future update of the integration. We could really use this in our workflow.But for the time being.. Is there anyone who knows a workaround for this?
I have a Zap setup that triggers when a new Record is created in one Source App and then creates it in another App. Zap 101 type stuff. It works when I create a single record in the Source App, however, when I import a CSV into the Source App the Zap does not trigger? The Zap is on, and has been on, and should trigger as a single entry triggers it. I am on Pro Account, so I cannot see why it would not work? Anyone have any thoughts?
How do I set up my Zap so that every time a new post is made in a Quora space, a default comment is made as well?

How do I set up a Zap to remove a subscriber from a group in Mailerlite when they REACTIVATE their Woocommerce subscription?
Hi there,I’m in the middle of setting up a paid email subscription using Woocommerce Subscriptions and Mailerlite. I’ve set up a zap to to remove subscribers from an email group if they cancel their subscription, however I also need a zap that will move that subscriber BACK into the paid email group if they REACTIVATE their subscription. I’ve set up a filter to only continue if Resubscribed Subscription (Boolean) Is True. However this is not working with the sample data I’m testing. Is this the correct way to go about this?Thanks in advance!

The Goal: When a new calendly event is created it will create a lead in salesforce. Calendly requests their name, email, company name, and phone number. However, when I run the zap the company name and number show as the question asked and not the responses. where is says company name should say enrich. phone number should be a numberThis is the options it shows when creating the connections in zapier, I have tried both and neither generate the correct answer.
I currently have two pipelines being used in an inbox on HubSpot and I only want actions to take place if it’s coming from a particular email address. I currently have:Trigger → New Ticket in HubspotAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Text in Formatter by ZapierAction → Update Ticket in Hubspot I know I need a Action→ Only continue if… between the Trigger and Action but I don’t see any contact ID fields being made available even though I’m retrieving it in the Trigger step. Suggestions on how to proceed?
Hi there, I’m trying to set up a Zap that will accomplish the following:A Google form response is submitted, which creates a new row in a spreadsheet One of the columns of this spreadsheet has a url to another Google sheet I want to add the row that was created in the first sheet to the specific Google sheet with the url indicated in the first sheet’s columnI’ve tried using the “custom” option and selecting that column of the spreadsheet as the sheet to send the action to, but I receive a 404 error message. Can anyone help with this?
I have a charity client who operates in Ecuador and who uses Contifico online accounting, a local Ecuadorean system. Paths gives you the option to “Only continue if….” and they have to be listed at the end of the zap.Question. Right before the path, there is a step to check if the customer is already in the database (CRM). But that also give you the option to either continue or stop the zap.How can I make the zap take two different actions,1- Path one if the customer is found in the CRM,2 - Path two if the customer is NOT found in the CRM?Right now, it only continues if Not found and it adds the customer. Where and how can I integrate the “Found customer, now do this…...” I keep falling into the trap that if I check for the customer first in the database, I have no options but to either continue or stop!! but not options to react for either result (found/not found) Thank you
The person who was handling our TrustPilot reviews has left so I am trying to change our Zaps over to the new person. We use Salesforce to send out TrustPilot review invitation emails using Zapier.In the Zap, I am able to change the “send from” email address easily, I can just type it in.However, the “Reply-to” email address appears to be pulling in a list from somewhere as it only gives me two options to select from.I have set up the new person with an account in both Salesforce and TrustPilot, but their email address (Lucy) does not show up as an option.How do I add more options to this part of the Zap?Thank you for your help!
Hi there community! I feel like I’m at my wit’s end with this. I am trying to get customer dockets to drop into google sheets, using a form they fill out. I need things such as; Address, name, contact details, date etc to parse through, but I can’t get anything to go into the right fields. Would someone kindly help me out here? Ideally each response would create a new docket with each profile, so I can print multiple clients per sheet - I don’t want to waste ¾ of a sheet because only 1 is being done at a time, which at BEST is how far I’ve got thus far. I have made a new blank docket sheet here (Click)I won’t share my google form, as I can’t have any bogus entries come through, but even if you could screenshot and demonstrate a FEW of the fields, I am very confident I can do the rest.. I just need a bit of direction with the Zap setup side of things.Thanks so much in advance,Dean
I built a Zap for new slack channel notification using New Channel Trigger Event.I’d like to improve the Zap which notifies only when the new channel is public.But, I think New Channel Trigger Event doesn’t provide the information about the public status of the channel.Is there a way to know the public/private status of a slack channel?
I have various contact groups set up in my Google Contacts. I also have Gmail labels set up for each contact group. What I’d like to do is set up a Zap that will look to see if a sender is a member of a contact group, and then apply the corresponding gmail label if they are.I think I can see how I could do this with a separate Zap for each contact group/gmail label. I’d love to be able to get it done with one Zap, but I’m not sure if it’s possible.
Hi @cb2022 , This is definitely doable using a Lookup Row in Google Sheets step and Paths by Zapier :) What you need to do is the following: After the form submission (which should be the trigger) add an Action that is Lookup Row in Google Sheets by searching in the Emails field guide. Dont forget to set the “Should this step be considered a "success" when nothing is found?” to “Yes” Create a Paths by Zapier where the condition would be “zap success = true” and another one for “zap success = false” Now you have 2 paths, one where you have an entry for this email address (the action in this path would be to update the google sheets row) and another path where there is no email address available in the google sheet so the action would be Create new row let me know if this works for you :) Did the same concept works for column elements? Goodmorning everybody! I have started a Facebook Lead Campagne for a client. But because a hack in the current business manager it isn’t possible to do an ad campaign with the FBM. Facebook Blocked that option.So as an alternative we do the lead campaign through a Personal Ad account which is hooked to the FB business page. The problem is that the leads go to zapier but cannot be send to an outbound e-mail or spreadsheet. Is it possible that the leads can be sent automatically? The only solutions i found is to do a Transfer. But i have to do this every day or week manually. Is it possible that the leads can be sent automatically? (without the right Lead access in Facebook)? Because the leads are already present in Zapier…
