Zap Between Mailchimp + Gmail not working

Hi Zapier-Team,

 

My zap which is supposed to link new inbox G.mail email and an Add/Update Subscriber Mailchimp is not working. Testing the zap works, but everytime I receive an email, the sender's email its not registered in Mailchimp.

 

I want all the emails that arrive in my inbox to be added to My Mailchimp Newsletter. But with this integration my email is always sent to Mailchimp, not the sender's email.

 Can you help?

    Change the Subscriber email to the FROM EMAIL of the trigger step.

    Circling back here to make sure you were able to move forward with this Zap! Did Troy’s suggestion of adjusting the Subscriber email do the trick?
