Hello! I am trying to setup a 3 step zap to automate the sending process of invoices based on information that entered in a DocuSign envelope. During the last step of my zap, I get an error that says “A business validation error has occurred while processing your request” I am not sure what I am doing wrong, I’ve attached a screenshot of my Zap. I have selected the Customer ID, which is identified in step 2 “Find or Create a customer” but it seems that I’m missing something. Any tip would be greatly appreciated! Thank you
I’m having trouble creating the action I want with Zapier and am hopeful that someone else has done this. The goal is to book an appointment in Acuity with data from the Facebook lead ad data. The challenge is that the free demo appointments only available in Acuity scheduling at certain days and times. Facebook lead ads do not allow me to specify those select times. It only offers a broad range. Is there any work-around for this. I don’t mind putting another app in the mix if it get the job done.
I am trying to create a simple sales receipt in Quickbooks based on when an order is either created or paid for. I have the Woocommerce part working but no matter how simple I make the QB receipt data I get error messages. Mostly "A business validation error has occurred while processing your request" Can anyone point me to a guide of what woocommerce data goes where? I dont need to capture client name and details in QB just need to show Total Amount Order ID Products purchased (per line) and quantity of each The VAT Just something simple to match the income to a receipt. I have created a zap to create asana tasks from new rows in Excel. When running the test my custom fields in Asana remain blank however I have made sure they are selected when I customized the task. All fields in excel have been changed to either a TEXT or NUMBER format to match the same format as the custom field. Note: some custom fields have a drop down with the correct selection displayed in the Excel cell.
I’m a customer builder (construction) and I’ve worked with asana, QBO, buildertrend and Coconstruct. I’ve been looking at using Asana instagant and QBO as a replacement for a company wide software like buildertrend. Some things I’m falling short on is employee (GPS) timesheets. I’d like to hear from anyone that has created anything for builders. What were their solutions? Thanks Ray

Hi I am using Landbot to create a bot which can provide a list of items and clickable url. The user provides few input and bot searches item from a Google sheet based on those. I am trying to automate this through Zapier by connecting Landbot and Google Sheet. While I have managed to take the data out from Google sheet, I am not being able to send it back as message in the bot. I have used “Find Many Spreadsheet Rows (With Line Item Support) in Google Sheets” as I am expecting max 10 items to display. I want to display data from only two columns. Any guidance will be really helpful.
we receive invoices as attachments to our gmail emails. I have created a “with new attachment” zap to move these attachments to a google shared drive as individual files (not zipped files). This zap is working just fine for us. We sometimes receive an email with an attachment that needs to be paid immediately. These emails have the word “urgent” in the subject line. The problem that I am having is that I would like these attachments to have the word “urgent” in front of the original name of the attachment when it is downloaded to our shared drive….example - we receive the attachment ABC123 in our gmail account….when it is downloaded to google shared drive I want it named urgentABC123.

Is the Hubspot "Triggers when new contact is added to specific list" really for Marketing Hub Starter members?
I’m trying to decide wether or not to start automating Hubspot with Zapier. On the trigger “New contact on list” (or when I need to trigger the action of adding a contact to an specific list) the message “Marketing Hub Starter plans and above” is included. Is this true? Does Zapier of Hubspot really validate if the user has a Marketing Hub Starter account?
I am using youtube and tumblr with a trigger of : new video on channel should create a video post on Tumblr. My zap is not working. Youtube is passing the test but Tumblr is not. I tested it and got 403 forbidden error. The app returned "Forbidden". It looks like your connected account doesn't have permission to complete this step. You should contact the administrator for your account and make sure you have the needed permissions. We made a request to api.tumblr.com and received (403) Forbidden. I have given all the rights and authenticated several times with Tumblr , even tried to reconnect. I have no idea why zap is not working. Any sort of help will be much appreciated. Thanks .
Hi! I created an app via Glide and I want to show notification to users via the Glide app. I know Zapier has a Zap for Glide, but what does that actually mean. When I link the two, would it send notifications to the Glide app? I am trying to avoid sending notifications via a phone number.
Hello, I need some help with my Google Forms and Shipstation zap. Currently, I have it setup that a customer can order multiple different products per order. For example, a customer can order Product A in color green and Product B in black. Unfortunately, when importing into Shipstation it shows up as a combination of these products. Instead of showing “1 Product A Green and 1 Product B Black” it combines them, which makes inventory tracking a nightmare. I’m wondering if it’s possible to separate item names in a Shipstation order so it can make it easier for me to pack, ship, and keep track of inventory.

Need to connect an excel document on onedrive that is being used and recognised already in a zap and attach to outlook once a monthly and email the file. I have to whole zap done but when I tell it to attach the file it will not recognise it. Instead it gives data from the “calendar event that triggers the zap” obviously the file is not in the calendar event. It doesn’t seem to want to offer to me the other option of finding it on onedrive. I am new to all of this. I have review the FAQ help section and if it were google sheets then I think I would have found the answer but not for excel. Thank you Scott
I got a web hook which gets information from a database where we handle our customer claims, getting it in zapier than to Excel for simple reporting. The data blocks i want to add to the excel all goes in one cell, so it looks like “2020-07-20123456dilektryingsomethingajkasladkjlkj” i have been looking and looking but i could not find any info about how to make each data block going into one cell I tried: Tabbing-does not work adding space in between blocks -does not work adding semicolon in between block-does not work enter after each block-does not work How do i get each block to go to its own Cell?
