I’ve connected Drip and Tribe. Drip is used to send emails, Tribe is used as a community. My current Zap is that if a user clicks on the link inside an email sent through Drip, it sends a Tribe invite email so that users can join our Tribe community.

Now, what I want to achieve is, if a user doesn’t click on the link for 7 days, the Zap should automatically send a Tribe invite.

Is it possible through Zapier?

You could probably achieve something using  Google Sheets as a middle step.

When you first send the invite, create a row adding the invite/link ID (assuming Drip gives you one?).

You’ll want another zap that triggers when someone joins Tribe and updates that Google Sheet to make that invite as used.

Back in your invite zap, add a 7-day delay step, then look up the row you created again, add a filter to stop the zap if it’s marked as used. If not, add a step to resend.

Let us know how you get on, or if you want some direct help, get in touch with me.

Thanks a ton, @AndrewJDavison_Luhhu. This will work! 👍
