Connecting Click Funnels to Wix Automations

Hi there!I am having a hard time creating my click funnels & wix zap. Here’s what I want to happen:Every time someone makes a purchase on my funnel (set up complete) → I would like to be notified in slack (setup complete) → I would like to add an email tag & trigger an automated email sequence congratulating on them on their purchase & giving them event info through Wix emails (struggling with this part, it says no action available) Any thoughts?

Hi, I have the following Zap User subscribes to email list Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 1 Trigger: Copy Google Spreadsheet 2These Google Sheets are communicating with each other through =IMPORTRANGE, which is fine, but as soon as a copy is made, the files require to be given access again to communicate with eachother. Since we want this all to be automatic we are wondering if this above part is also possible with Zapier. Sheet 1 is the Sheet which is shared with the new email list subscriber.Sheet 2 is the “backend”. Here are all the secret formula’s, which help the user get to a certain answer on Sheet1 without revealing the formulas.

Trigger sms when google sheet row/column x is changed from "empty" to "Interested" drop down selection

Hi Zapier Community, I have a simple google sheet that has a drop down list of items to pick from in a column. It starts out blank but when a user changes the specific row/column they are working on to “Interested” I want to send an SMS notification. When setting up the zapier trigger I see the variable “Status” as a list of options but how do I get it to be triggered when column H which is “Status” is changed to Interested? I’m using a drop down list rather than have someone type the word “Interested” to avoid typo’s. If this is possible thank you for any help! If keywords (TEXT) are the only way then I guess I can at minimum type it out manually. Thank you all,David

How do I automatically email task details from Asana, using Outlook, once a task is completed?

Hello,  I am trying to create a Zap that will allow me to automatically send an email out (via Outlook) to a client that has a link in the body of the email. That link will be copied/pasted into a task comment or description and will be unique to that task each time. Basically, I’m trying to work around having to compose a new email every time we add this link within the task.  (note: we are a social media management agency and the link I’m sharing are upcoming post preview links) Thanks for any help or alternative suggestions you can provide!

Hi, When a ninja form coms in with a certain date, I want my availablity checked in Google Sheets or excell and if that date is true or false to send e-mail A of B with activecampaign depending on true or false. I have tried to set it up many times, but it never worked. Need help generating and sending coupon codes for purchase

I need to be able send customers group of coupon codes. So the ideal workflow would be Customer fills out form on Squarespace → Zapier searches in Google Sheets for a range of codes → Google Sheets exports codes in emails to customer → Google Sheets updates list of codes to make them ‘used’ I found a really helpful article for doing this for a single coupon code (linked below), but need to be able to do this for batches of 5-10 coupons codes. Any suggestions?  Thanks!

I would like to email a page from OneNote on a regular basis.I see how to trigger an email when a OneNote page is edited or added, and I see how to regularly schedule an email. Is there a way to regularly send an email containing the contents of a specific OneNote page, whether or not the page has been updated?

I have a Zap set successfully to create a new event when someone submits a google form. All working fine.If someone edits their form response, I want to edit the calendar event to match.I assume the process is something like this: I have tried to edit the Forms (Responses) spreadsheet, but I can’t find the right row to use. I don’t seem to be able to add a Calendar ID.Any help appreciated!Thank you

Hello, does anyone have any experience connecting a shopify store with a hub in searchie.io?   I want to connect a shopify purchase of a particular products to allow access to a particular hub in searchie.  I have managed to simply connect shopify to search (new paid order) , but if I have multiple hubs in searchie, how does it know which one to add? I would like to  an expert to help me if possible, I am going around in circles .  Thanks!

Default insert data option will post both value fields rather than 1

Heya, I’m trying to insert a specific field (1) using {{Embeds Fields 1 Value:}} but it’s returning an exclamation mark. The default is “Embeds Fields Value:” which gives too much information. How would I fix this? The action is a post to Facebook with my trigger being a message posted in Discord. TIA

What i’d ideally love to do is have a full automation of:New time off in BambooHR Creates calendar event for user Sets status of user (on the day) to be away in SlackLimitations i’ve found with that though -I can only create an event and invite a user to that event, therefore can only set the status as free or busy, no out of office option.Have people found a workaround for this? I have Outlook integrated into Slack through the official integration so in theory, if I can figure out how to create an event and set it as out of office, it should update in Slack.

Trello and Jira update cards

Hello guys, I wanted to ask, I easily set up the synchronization of adding new cards between Trello and Jira. But when I want to do an update synchronization, I am offered to link the necessary cards between the two systems. Cards are created all the time and there is no point in setting them up every time. Is this really how it's meant to be and is there no way to automate it?

Triaging Slack posts to derive insights within Airtable.

Hello All! I’m trying to get some help on a task that I believe Zapier can be helpful for.  I currently have a very busy Slack channel that everyone in the company uses to ask questions about my product. I'm trying to make sense of all the posts from the past and those that are coming in.  And by “make sense,” - I want to identify trends and potentially be able to provide better/more documentation for pain points or even use insights as an input for our roadmap. I know it's hard to triage automagically for unstructured data, but maybe if I come up with a few keywords, it would help triage better? My question: is there a way to be able to take all the contents of the slack channel and tag/triage posts towards understanding where the pain points are for our customers?I had an idea to connect Slack to Airtable, but outside of creating multiple “if “ + “contains” statements that look at keywords in a message, it seems like it's hard to scale - especially if I want to add new keywords. Also

I need help running a Zap everyday at 9am (I got this figured out with “Schedule by Zapier”) I want to update an excel sheet to smartsheet everyday at 9am I have this also figured out where Excel is updated, triggers the update to push to Smartsheet.  I don’t want it to run 600 + times, only 1 time when all the updates are completed. Is this possible?

I’m using monday. And trying to setup a system where, once I filled out a column or create a new item. I want zapier to wait, until my checkbox column is filled specifically. This could be right after it’s created, or it could be filled 7 days after. Basically to wait until a condition is met, to send data to the next step.I was wondering if this was possible?

Dynamically update cancelled Calendly event in google sheets

Hey everyone,I created a Google Sheet to automate the process of sending gift cards to customers after they’ve conducted an interview. I currently have a zap running with Calendly and Google Sheets where it populates my sheet when an event is created. A gift card is sent to customers unless Column D has been marked as “cancelled.” Sometimes we deal with no-shows so I want to figure out how to create a zap that will automatically update Column D when we cancel an event. I’m a little lost on how to do this and would love any advice here!
