Hi all,I would like to update a zapier short URL with a new destination URL. I have a workflow set up where I send an email to a zapier email address, and the body of that email gets sent to zapier’s URL shortener. However, I would like the same shortened URL to be updated with the URL in the email body. Currently, zapier creates a new short URL for each new email. Any thoughts on how I can achieve this? This may be a pretty basic question, but I am running into an issue with the way information is formatted from an app source. I need to use the “value” of the “name” for a specific custom field. My issue is when I attempt to find the specific value of “Invoice Date for Billing / Billing Info...etc, it only allows me to select the “values” of all of the customer fields, with them separated by columns. Is there any way in zapier to pull the specific value for one of the custome fields? There are around 15 custom fields.
For Calendly to Redtail, how do I:Cancelled or rescheduled appointments Creating a contact ONLY if it doesn’t already exist in their Redtail CRM? I have successfully created a zap for adding appointments to my Redtail calender and adding contact details to redtail, but i want to refine the process as mentioned above. Thanks,Rebecca
Hello,I'm trying to have new Stripe payments add a registration for a meeting in Zoom. The problem is when mapping the zoom fields it asks for a Last Name which is required. There is no last name in the Stripe form. Just a field for complete name.Even if I could leave this field blank that would be OK.Anybody run into this problem?Thanks
Hello!I have 2 Zaps configured, the first one is for sending a slack message when a new HubSpot contact is being created, and the second one is for sending a slack message when a HubSpot contact’s fields are being modified.Currently when I create a new HubSpot contact and get the slack notification, I also get the slack notification for the second Zap, because HubSpot recognizes the creation of a contact as it’s fields being modified.Is there any way I can tell Zapier to not trigger the second Zap if the first one is being triggered?Or, alternatively, is there a way to change this behavior from HubSpot’s side?Thanks in advanced!
I’m trying to send data to audience segments in google Ads (From Shopify or Klaviyo), but I want to run the zap automatically just once a week, otherwise it would create way too many tasks which become more expensive, the Zap is working ok, I just need to set up the recurring task on a weekly basis or even daily. Has anyone gone through a similar process ??
I have a Slack workflow created by Workflow builder where the final message is created by bot, and that message is triggered by Zapier and then creates a Clickup tasks and it works perfect.But I would like to set, that only BOTS can trigger Zapier, because the channel is open for everyone, and sometimes people write messages and sometimes bot creates tasks, and every time the Clickup task is created.Is it possible to change?
I have data being submitted by a form. When a new form is submitted, Zapier takes the data and creates a new row in an Excel spreadsheet. This is working as expected. However, I need assistance with the way the data is laid out.For example, my form collections the follow:First Name Last Name Number of Requests? How do I filter a Calendly radio button question type to create a specific clickup event type within a specific folder and list? To make it more clear, I want my attendees to select a specific grade and subject to attend a class that will be updated into click up under the folder (Grade) and list (Subject). My ultimate goal is to have data from particular lead emails in my inbox (with identical subject lines) be added into new rows in a Google Sheet.I think the best way to do this is to set up a Zap between Outlook and the Google Sheet with a Filter for the subject line in the middle.The problem I’m running into is this… I cannot get the Outlook trigger to find appropriate Test Data. I have refreshed and reloaded. I have 10 new emails sitting at the top of my inbox that should easily come up in the sample Email A, Email B, etc test list. But the testing seems to be avoiding those emails and skipping to others for no apparent reason. What am I doing wrong? Additionally, once I have this aspect figured out (once the Test data is accurately reflecting the specific email with the subject that will make it through the filter), how do I code the data fields to pull and organize the info coming from the emails that make it through the filter? Hello, I am gently going mad.I have an array of images in Airtable. I can use Zapier to post the first of the array of images to Instagram without problem. I want, however, to post them as a carousel (several images in one post) on Instagram.I see that the Instagram Business integration does not support this.It appears adding multiple images from Airtable → Buffer or Hootsuite does not work either. Does anyone know how to?Does anyone know a social media planner that supports this?Otherwise, could someone point me in the direction of how I can code something myself to post several photos to IG. It requires a POST for each image, and then a POST that creates a Carousel container with those images in it and publishes it. I have a webinar registration form built using Ninja Forms, and in the form there is a dropdown menu for multiple sessions (different topics & different dates).The desired functionality is when a user selects webinar A on our registration form, Zoom creates a webinar registration for webinar A only.I think this would require an if-then statement (for example if webinar A is selected then create entry for webinar A. If webinar B is selected, do not create a registration for webinar A) How do I setup the Zap to create a webinar registrant for only the selected webinar(s)?
I need some assistance in setting up a multi-step Zap with JobAdder and Zapier Filter, I'm trying to ensure that some applications in JobAdder are automatically added to another job, I have the first two steps set up and working correctly, but I cannot find any functionality within Zapier to add the candidates in Job XXX to Job YYY. 1. Trigger: JobAdder: Candidate application is created (when the user applies for the job) for Job A.2. Event 1: Zapier Funnel: Only proceed if job id is XXX.3. I have an external facing file that needs to be downloaded into Google Sheets on an ongoing basis. The file is on a non-Google client server. I want to be able to have this process trigger once per hour - Downloads csv file from urlFile gets parsed into existing Google SheetThe file each time replaces everything in the google sheet except for the headers. There are 2000 lines of data in about 12 columns. The Google Sheet shared URL cannot change.
Hi, I am new to Zapier. This is what I want to do and can anyone let me know if it is possible. I get an email forwarded to me by person A. It is sent to her and Person B from the same email address every-time regarding expirations of a class with an attachment. I need to forward this email to Person B with the attachment (that came with the original email) so that it comes from person A. I have delegated responsibility to her email. **Bonus would be to have it logged in a google sheet that tracks that we sent them the notice as a record.** Thanks

Hi all, We have a Google Sheet with multiple rows and new rows are added each time a new deal is processed. I want to update a Google Sheet row when a deal is not new, but updated on ‘Status’ or on ‘Value’ in Pipedrive. Therefore it is not the same row each time, but it can be row 1 today, row 485 tomorrow and row 2932 the day after.Organisation, Source & Owner remains untouched and unchanged as values. I don’t understand the logic on how to get this in a zap. I tried working with lookup, but really don’t understand how to lookup up the correct row and then to update the correct row. So for example status deal is open, we have won the deal so change the status to won. Value was changed from 1k to 2k. Both I want to update at the right row. Thanks for your help.
I have reports generating monthly which is an automated process. I managed to automate the process so when the reports are generated, the reports will be send to my Gmail (or outlook), and then send to different clients’ email address base on the attachment name using Zapier.I wonder if it is possible to set up dynamic subject for the email when setting up action in Zapier. For example, “Report for July”, and the month will change base on the current month.
Hi everyone,I’ve just gotten a case.Imagine, there’s a TEAM, TEAM has 5 people, they names are A B C D E F.In Clickup there’s a lot of tasks, and A is assigned to one of them with 10 other people outside the TEAM (A B C D E F)And now IF that task has changes (new comment, new status) then the person from the TEAM, who is assigned, will have a message in Slack like “Hey A, the task you’re in has changes, click to check it”And the message will be sent only to person, that is from the TEAM, not to the others who are assigned to the same ticket.Would be possible to create something like that?
