Hi,I get a daily, automated e-mail that contains multiple excel attachments. The goal is for the files to be auto-downloaded into a file on my desktop, so I can pull multiple files into a power query as needed.I’ve come up with a way to map all of the files into my google drive, but they’re being imported as a zip file. Ideally, I’d rather them be imported on a file level basis - not zipped. What I’m trying to solve for at this point is how to download the files once a day into said file in my desktop.My questions are as follows:How can I import the files individually, instead as a zip? Is this possible? How can I move these files (either individually, or zipped) onto a set folder on my desktop? Is there a more efficient way to do this that doesn’t involve parking the file in google drive first? How would that be done?Thanks!
I want to create a Zap for whenever ANY opportunity in Salesforce changes stage the Zap will send an automated message to a Slack channel. The message should contain the information such as, “Opportunity XYZ changed stage to ‘insert stage name’”. Can this be done? If so what steps should I follow?
I receive multiple files overnight from a set email address (roughly 15 different emails). I am trying to automate these files that are coming to my gmail to trigger a zap that will create a new folder for the date w/ all those attachments. This way I will have all these docs store by date so I can reference down the road. Any insight here?
I have a list of items and each item has a field which contains an array of numbers. But when it runs each iteration contains all values for this array type field.This is the loop action (this has 2 items in the parent array, thats why it shows two arrays with numbers) These are its iterations (expected values were only 93, 94, 95, but it shows all values from all iterations) In each iterations, this field contains all the values we recieved.Is there any way to overcome this issue? Hello!I would like to embed a Loom video (with GIF Thumbnail) in an email series. Hi All,I am successfully sending entries to Outlook calendar, and they are showing at the correct time (08:00AM in this case), however the entry goes in with UTC time which needs changing by my staff.On test output i get this;originalStartTimeZone: UTCoriginalEndTimeZone: UTCand as for the date/timestartDateTime: 2022-07-15T22:00:00ZendDateTime: 2022-07-15T22:00:00Z Ideally these entries would be in AEST (GMT +1000) - I have added Z to the end of the date formatter to show +1000, however i still see the entry as UTC What specifically is used to set originalStartTimeZone and originalEndTimeZone?
Hi All!I am importing a paragraph of items and quantities (Separated by Commas) and need quantities and items usable individually to export to my CRMThe output I have currently looks like this: 1 x Extended Warranty, 12 x Solar Panels, 3 x Hwt, 7 x Switches I have tried Formatter - Split Text (As Line Item using comma as the separator but thats only getting me line items showing “1 x Etended Warranty” and I need the quantity to be separate also???Any help would be awesome!
@Troy Tessalone In previous posts, I saw your suggestion to use the Find or Create Record action for SalesForce to prevent creating duplicate records. However, this does not show up in my dropdown when picking an Event. I only see the Find OR Create in two separate actions. Please help!
It makes no sense to me that the supported actions for the “TalentLMS” app does not include “Remove from Group” when “Add to Group” is a support action. Has anyone figured out a workaround using the TalentLMS API and a webhook ?

The platform I am using to send requires that the phone numbers contain international call code infront. I am in Greece, so this is 30, without the plus sign. So a number 6910xxxxxx would change to 306910xxxxxx.Basically any number that begins with 69, which is all Greek mobiles, would change to 3069, and the rest of the number. A number that already begins with 30 should not change.How can I achieve this with the existing Zapier filters / t

I have created several Zaps for RSS feeds and I see different channels (A, B, C, etc) and noticed different items show up in different channels under Test Trigger. Of course, I don’t know which channel to tell the Zap to monitor. Is there a way to select all?
Hey Guys, I need help with a Docparser workflow: What am I trying to do: I have 2 different document types that I need to verify the data matches. To do this I am using DOCPARSERI submit a jotform containing the 2 different PDFs that then goes through ZAPIER to send both DOCS to DOCPARSER Now to retrieve the data from DOCPARSER you need to use a new ZAP so what I have done is:ZAP 1: Retrieve the first DOC and then CREATE a new google sheet from template and input the Parsed data into required row EASYPEASY.ZAP 2 Retrieve the SECOND DOC and update the next required row THE PROBLEM:With ZAP 2: After I pull in the Parsed Data I need to Lookup the new Google Sheet Created in ZAP 1 But I cant work out how to do this? Obviously because it will be a new sheet every time I cant just select the required sheet the usual way? Does anyone have any words of wisdom to help?
Hoping for a little help, I am trying to split some text into line items and it doesn’t seem to be playing the game. The input text will look like “3 2 2”, I am trying to split into line items so I can use the individual numbers at different places of a PDF. Using a normal Text-to-line formatter, on the surface it looks to be working: However when I try to use those line items to output the data into a DocuPilot PDF, it only shows the output as one individual line (3,2,2): Thank you!
