Add time delay between the same user entering the same zap?

We have a zap that fires every time someone registers to one of our webinars.

However, users can often register to multiple webinars within a few minutes, and that triggers the zap multiple times minute after minute.

This isn’t giving our CRM system on the receiving end of the data enough time to process each new webinar information and is getting wiped by the new incoming webinar data one minute later.

How can I add some buffer time between the same user entering the zap multiple times to allow the end system to catch up?

Hey @wlfoundry,

Just checking in to see if you saw Troy’s reply here. Were you able to solve this using a Delay by Zapier step?

Please let us know!
