Hi! Looking for a helpful, creative and resourceful individual to help us set up a Zapier workflow.
We have set up some basic Zaps that we love, we want to get granular and find someone who can help us execute this small project instead of me having to post on the discussion boards every time!
Basic workflow:
Inquiry comes in through Squarespace
Google Sheets is populated, live coordinator calls to verify inquiry
Coordinator updates Google Sheets, should Zap to automatically create Google Calendar event, create customer in QBO and create invoice in QBO
Later on, client potentially needs updates to their event, Coordinator should be able to update Google Sheets and both Google Calendar and QBO would update as well.
