Hi team,

Sorry if the topic has been addressed already, I tried to find the answer here without success.

So this is my use case : I would like to simple create a Google calendar event when all the attendees I defined are free. The idea is to search the first 45 minutes common slot between all the participants I included in the invitation, including myself.

If you have any zap or idea to help, I appreciate the help !

Thanks !

Hey there, @Slim! Thanks for reaching out.

Full transparency, I’m not 100% if this is achievable with Zapier. I’m excited to hear if the Community has any ideas to share with us though.
In the meantime here’s a few resources that may help get you on the right track:

And I’m sure you may already have noticed this but Google Calendar does have a built-in feature for finding available times. You can read up on that here.

I hope this helps! Keep us posted if you’re able to get this sorted!
