Hello ! I am using zapier to extract data from trello and store that data in a googlesheet spreadsheet and I have a new problem. When I started, label’s name were extracted in line and in just one row of my spreadsheet. But now, I really didn’t change anything, when my zap happens, it creates me a row per label’s name. EDIT : I solved by problem but I don’t know how to delete this post
How do I create a zap that bill take an invoice from Stripe and the create that invoice in QBO. Here’s the kicker, I want the Zap to see if the customer from Stripe already exists in QBO.If the customer already exists in QBO, I want the Zap to create an invoice in QBO under the customer.If the customer doesn’t exist in QBO, I want the Zap to create the customer and invoice in QBO. How do I do this?
Hi - researching how we can integrate Formsite and Hubspot. In particular - we want to send the data from the Formsite form to the HubSpot contact, update contact records and add contacts to workflows.I haven’t found very much information that talks about formsite so any guidance to more info is great. It looks like we may have to duplicate the form from formsite in hubspot to collect the data there? Can it just be sent to the notes section on a contact? Any best practices that we should be aware of?
I am trying to get Create data from Kajabi. I would love to capture the payment data and failed directly from kajabi payments instead of gathering it from both payment gateways. Currently event wise purchased are captured. However, I cannot automate gathering the payment or failed payment data. Does anyone have a clue?
We are trying to synchronise invoices from Zoho CRM (not Zoho Books!) to Xero. The problem we have encountered is that the Account Code for line items is not available in the Zap step settings, (despite it being a required field). The workaround for this is to ‘fake the pill’ (their phrase) by hand-coding the field ID and API Field Name, however this workaround only intermittently works as the data is not always available. Zapier have told us to contact Zoho as it’s their integration, Zoho have told us to contact Zapier as it’s their integration. I’d be curious to know if anyone else was experiencing this debilitating problem?
Hello, I’m trying to create a Google Docs file (from tempolate) with my Google Sheets info. Unfortunally, there is a error: The user does not have sufficient permissions for this file. I’m working with a G Suite Business account of Google. Does anyone know what permissions I need to change and where to find these? Best regards, Tom
I'm trying to link Kanbanize to Azure DevOps, ticket creation event. I have a custom field in DevOps, but it is not showing as a field choice in Zapier, even after refreshing fields. Is there an alternative way to achieve setting additional fields, or am I only limited to defaults?
I having difficulty filtering spreadsheet rows to send emails (outlook) on specific issues. I have two separate zaps running concurrently one zaps a data dump of information (from go canvas) onto a spreadsheet as a new row.My second zap will then send an email if there is an issue with a field in the column.Whenever I set these up I always get the error message on the filter without fail, however the email may work 8/10The types of filters I'm applying are as follows:Number >1.99 Contains "Not" or Equals “Not OK” - same issue for both Set up True booleans to trigger it and it is sporadic also.Could this be because spreadsheet is updating more than 1 row in google sheets and is instantly trying to run a zap to email information hence cancelling each other out?Is there a way to make this work every time, or more smoothly?
I love that with Zapier is possible to connect so many Apps/platforms that I am using. I wonder if there is a way to search for an email address and run that search across multiple APPs simultaneously, getting as a result a list of matches with short links to access data in the different APPs. Maybe is something that goes beyond Zapier, I wonder if you have any recommendations ! Thanks in advance
Hi,Our business is migrating from an old exchange server to gsuite. A number of users have saved old emails to the old file server in .msg format. These .msg files are now saved in google drive and I’m looking for a method to convert these files to a format google recognises or convert them to a .pdf format.I can create a ZAP to find the .msg file (I think), but Im looking for a means of converting the file once found. Any ideas or suggestions, please?Hope that makes sense.CheersSimon
We have a source of people that we would like to add to our existing recruitment database BULLHORN. Creating a Zap is perfect for this and we have set it up, however, some of the people on the list may already be in our database. This will result in duplicates we would like to avoid.Zapier can successfully connect to our database and search for records that are present on it.Is it possible to set up a zap that conducts a search on the database for each person on the list and if they are present they are not imported?

When a customer purchases an item, I need that customer to be added to my Mailchimp audience. Everything works as expected besides that I’m not able to to get data from custom fields which I created in Pipedrive? It’s a custom field related to a deal and I just want to read the data from it. I want to add Leads to list in Marketo, to who are all put twitter by using the mentioned keyword. First setup was working fine (in Twitter side), but the second setup doesn't worked (in Marketo side), due to the sending data error. I have follwed the below step-by-step process in the Zapier app. But i have faced an issue. -> Trigger from Twitter - Search Mention in Twitter 1. Choose App - Twitter 2. Choose Trigger Event - Search Mention 3. Twitter Account - choosed my twitter account 4. Customize Mention (search term) - Zapier Testing 5. Find Data - found the customize tweet from someone in Twitter -> Action performed in Marketo - Add Lead to List in Marketo 1. Choose App - Marketo 2. Choose Action Event - Add Lead to List 3. List - choosed a list in Marketo 4. Lead - choosed the lead full name (found in the Trigger 5th step) 5. Send Data - Error (trouble sending the test data) Can you check and let me know the issue type and how to fix this.
Hi!! I am trying to update a ticket in Zendesk from a ticket in Connectwise. Upon a new Ticket creation I am putting the Zendesk Ticket ID in the “summery” line of the Connectwise ticket. Now when I try to search that string to find the Zendesk ticket, I am using the summery line but I really need to parse the ticket ID from that string. Are there any string parse methods available like in c#? Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction!
Hi all, I am new to Zapier , so would welcome any guidance. I posted an EventBrite ad for a webinar, created a zap to trigger a zoom registartion. worked fine. Then as it’s a weekly zoom webinar, I created it as a recurring event in zoom and changed the event on EB to multiple choice for dates, essentially creating a master event with a number of future dates scheduled and available. Now I cant seem to get the zap to work, I can see the ¡multiple events created in EB in the first stage of the zap creation but is impossible to determine which event is relevant for the Zap, the each have a unique string of numbers that I cannot reconcile with on the EB page. What I would like to know is will Zapier work in this configuration? Multiple EB dates for customers to select from, triggering a corresponding registration within Zoom so as to send out the link for the required event. Thanks T
I’m creating a Zap where doing the following: I’m sending Airtable records from a specific view to Intercom Once they’re in Intercom, I want this new user or lead to be tagged with a specified tag The first part is easy, but when I add another step to the Zap I’m selecting “Add/Remove Tag on User in Intercom”. When you’re in the customize tag section, the fields required are “Email” and “Tag Name”. How do I get it to reference the existing User in the zap that is being added so that it can assign the tag to it? Right now, if I add the users email to the “Email” field and assign a tag, if I try to turn on or test the zap, it fails because the User isn’t created yet so it can’t add a tag to the assigned record.
Hi everyone! First of all I apologize in advance for any spelling or syntactic error, because English is not my first language. I am having this issue when I try to add a Create Contact in Tokko Broker. Basically the Facebook Ads to Google Spreadsheet part of the zap was working great. My client asked me if I could add an automation for Tokko Broker, and granted me all access. I followed the step-by-step, linked the API to Zapier, and it seems like it was done successfully. However, when I try to “Send Data & Continue”, it enters a loading phase and then stays there forever. And when I open the Tokko Broker, I can’t find the new Web Contact anywhere. Any idea what could be wrong with this? Thanks!
