I use Zapier with the API for Zoho Invoice. But the functions Zapier provides are a very limited subset of the Zoho API. How are these Zapier APIs maintained and how can you get Zapier APIs extended to add missing functions provided by the target service?e.g. I need the missing “Create Estimate” function.
I have a Squarespace website that has a Zap connecting 4 different webforms to a Salesforce org. Each different form submission data is going to the Lead object as a new record. I am not able to consolidate the online forms to one due to nature of the data that needs to be captured from each one. Each of the 4 webforms is regarding a different topic. Due to which web form that is being used, the form data has to populate into a specific Lead record type. Please tell me how I avoid Lead record duplicates as they come in, since a person filling out the online forms can fill out a web form more than once.Please assist, and thanks!

I was wondering if I could use Zapier for integrating easily with Subscription payment apps such as PayPal or Stripe.And if so, what would the user experience be? We have quite a number of custom attributes set up for our leads in Intercom (not users) and we want to be able to create Trello cards automatically that contain all that data collected from a conversation.I would love to be able to trigger that with an Intercom tag which I already have set up, but there doesn’t appear to be any way to access the custom attributes in that way when creating the Trello card.The only way I’ve been able to find how to do it is by using a trigger of when a lead provides an email address. This isn’t ideal, as a lead can have their email address added in a scenario where I don’t want a Trello card created.But even with this flow, I’m finding that only approximately 7 of the custom attributes are available to me to use in populating the Trello card, all the rest are not showing up in the list.Is this an issue with the Intercom API? Any ideas on how to get around it?
Hi,I am new to Zapier and my apologies if this is a very basic question.I am creating a zap with three steps:Trigger and capture assessment data Create a new Google Doc from a template and write into a Gdrive folder. The Share Preference is set to Anyone With The Link Can Edit. Send an email with the doc created in the above step as attachment, using GMail.Steps 1, 2 work perfectly. Doc created in GDrive folder.What do I put into the Attachments field so that the doc is attached to the email ?I tried searching for a similar request herein and did not find any. Any pointers, tips would be helpful. Thanks
I have a Zap from Clickfunnels to SalesForce and I need it to do a query before creating a new contact. How do I set this up? For instance, I can push contact through to Salesforce just fine - but, if I already have that contact in Salesforce it doesn’t update that contact but rather creates a new contact which dupliactes the existing contact. Is there a way around this?
HelloI am a volunteer for a food relief nonprofit and want to keep track of the donation we recieve.I can easily create a line for donors and their donations. But I want to avoid duplicting the same donor each time that person do a new donation.Is their a way to find a person in google sheet and if the person existe create a new column in order to add the new donation on that person’s line?We aso use Hubspot so maybe their is something to do there?Thanks for your helpStan

If I initiated Zapier with Xero through our finance department’s account, once the setup was complete, do you know if I’d then be able to play around with the Xero-Asana integrations through my own Xero account?The issue I am having is that my Xero account does not have the right access to allow Zapier to access our information.
Hi,I´m triyng to make a Zapier connecting between Stripe and Learndash. First issue, Stripe says that We couldn’t find a customer even if I have at least 5 customers registered in Stripe. The second issue is that when I´m doing the Learndash configuration in the email and first name fields says they are missing data. So, I would like to know if you have any recommendation. By the way, I´m using the free plan I don´t know is these issues are related to the free plan restriction. Thank you in advanceSergio

I am an affiliate generating leads for a client using Infusionsoft. I need to add myself as an Affiliate Partner in infusionsoft (Action) when i generate a new lead (trigger). The trigger part is simple. Our company has a corporate gsuite Gmail account “office@…” we require a copy of all outgoing message from the sales people accounts (mike@, john@, etc...) to be forwarded to the corporate account. I cannot find a trigger (which would be pressing the “send” button) to do this.BTW, Gmail does not allow forwarding outgoing messages by means of a filter… only incoming messages.Thanks
I am setting up my Zap from Gravity forms to Nutshell person set up.I had it all synced last night with some of the custom fields and came back this morning to link all remaining custom fields, and it keeps coming up with the error message - This person could not be sent to Nutshell - Invalid Choice "YES" I am in australia so hard to get phone support and want this sorted asap. Any help would be appreciated.
Ever time I try to set up my Microsoft To-Do, to link an event/reminder in my Outlook and Gmail clander(or anything else with it for that matter) I am prompted to sign up for a premium account. I only want to create a couple of personal zaps, and I am trying to figure out why I can't do this with Microsoft To-do on a free subscription.
