Adding ordinal suffix to dates

I’m trying to add the ordinal suffix to dates using the formatter and I found this link  https://zapier.com/help/create/format/modify-date-and-time-formats-in-zaps#customize-your-date-and-time-options that shows it’s possible, but I have no idea how to create the expression to use it

Any ideas?

Hi @mchenery

Good question.

Perhaps you can outline a specific example of what you are trying to do with the given inputs and desired outputs so we have more context to evaluate and advise, thanks.

Hi @Troy Tessalone - thank you for getting back to me.

So I have a trigger on new submission to from gravity form and I want to extract the DD into a Do format.

I only want to extract the DD but then transform into a Do format.

The format from is YYYY-MM-DDTHH:mm:ssZ

@mchenery

For “Do format”, can you provide an example of the desired output value?
