Webhook GET request “already exist in the system” error

Hello everyone,

I am trying to connect via zapier: facebook ads leads with a CRM that does not appear in the list of apps, but I have a url of the CRM that I can use as a webhook.

I use the GET method and put the full URL, I show screenshot (the URL is not placed due to privacy of my client, sorry).

 

then when I click continue I get this error…

 

 

I am new and any help would help me a lot, thank you very much.

Hi @carls_123 

Good question.

Appears the API URL you are trying to use has deduplication enabled, thus the error.

Try testing with data that is not in the CRM.
