Hi, I’d like zapier to delete the rest of the text after a phrase that it detects.Example: after it detects a word “dog” in a sentence, it will leave the beginning, but delete “dog” and everything that follows.I tried using formatter by zapier and filter by zapier, but I could’t do it.Thanks for your help :))
Does anyone know how I can use a lookup feature from excel or google sheets to take the next available value in column A row 1?To be specific have a set list of preassigned account numbers that are listed in column A and just have the zap select the next row down each time it triggers to reference to my docusign template field? I want to eliminate the manual entry if possible. If Excel or Google sheet is not a viable solution for this, can anyone recommend anything?
Hello I’ve a big trouble.I’m trying to connect infusionsoft (attached tag) to woocommerce (update customer)I connect both my account and is it works.The problem is with ID, required field. Zapier give me always an error 400, because don’t accept any value.I try with ID infusionsoft, or with Email or with the same ID of Woocommerc but nothing.Please can you help me?
Hi, I am unable to find the correct trigger for Ecwid check out opt in to marketing emails subscription tick box. Has anyone been able to set up an OhWo mailing list to Ecwid? Ecwid generate a .csv file of any customers that decide to opt in, so I need that to automatically trigger and send customer details from this file to Ohwo. (and, I cannot change the incorrect spelling of Ecwid in the title bar to this question!)

Dear Zapier Community. I’ve been working on a zap.Trigger: Updated Task in AsanaAction: Send Email (Gmail). I’ve set up the email so all the data fields are a part of the email. So far so good.Would it be possible to specify either the trigger or the action, so the only information that is send is the “new” and updated information and not all the other stuff.Thank you for your time!
I can’t find an answer for this question and it may not be possible, but I thought I would give it a try. I have a zap that when a contract is signed a new shared folder in ShareFile is created. Then it sends an onboarding email. In the email I would like to put a link to the new shared folder. Is that possible?

Hi,I'm trying to send newsletter subscriber emails to Drip from my landing page. The issue I'm having is that the form field for email doesn't have any data.I have already input some test contact details on my live site so the Zap can find it but this gets input to the form data under ‘field values’ which then has both the name and the email address. This creates an error if I select it as the email is not on it's own and therefore can't be read..I only have two fields on the form on my site, name & email. But both are only showing up when I create the zap under the ‘field value’ form data optionIt seems like this should be so straight forward, but I just can't get it to work.
i have airtable running and am pretty scrpted in how it works its zaped together with zendesk so i can embed the form you can create on airtable to make a record. Yet, if i test run it works fine transfering the new record to zendesk, but if i fill out the form nothing… it dosen’t send anything to zendesk its like its not triggering.
Hello, I would love to receive in slackware a couple of lines from my email servers (not the entire email).I format it to receive FROM and SUBJECT, but I don’t want the full body of the email, a couple of lines could be OK, and even more important a link to open the email. Hello,I’m trying to create a whiteboard in MURAL based on ideas that I write down in EVERNOTE.It’s cool enough that the integration helps me create a new sticky in Mural for every note in Evernote (in a specific notebook).However if I move or copy a note into that specific notebook, it looks like it is not detected as a new note and the zap won’t create a new sticky: does anyone have an idea? There are more than 30 notes involved at this stage, and if that trial goes well I’d use that integration for several hundred notes.Thanks for your feedback.Lorraine
Hello, I have submitted my form through the google forms and I usually see the zaps go through to all of the other places right away. However, I have tried it twice after not receiving anything after a few hours. I just saw that it had zapped into 1 of the 8 fields. How can I correct it and make sure it will be going through? Thanks!
I have 2 Zaps configured that are not collecting data despite the fact that supposedly the connections of the Apps involved say they are well connected. These would be the screens of what is configured: That could be happening?I created a test lead on facebook (I don't remember where). Does that have to do with it? Could it be that I left something on facebook deactivated?
Hi all, I have successfully managed to link my Schedule Once and Acuity Calendars to a point where if a client books in through Schedule Once it’’ block time out of my acuity calendar. My question is, if someone cancels an appointment on schedule once - how can I zap this my Acuity Calendar? My only options seem to be to block off time, or add a package/coupon code.
HI Team We are setting up a couple of email series in Mailchimp. What we would like to happen is that when that offer status changes in Podio, that the subsciber will be pushed over to a different email series. So, visually this is my thought process. SCENARIO 1: Subscriber starts receiving emails. If subscriber does not receive an offer, subscriber continues with series.SCENARIO 2: Subscriber starts receiving emails and asks for an offer. Once the offer is sent, the status changes. When it changes in Podio, subscriber starts receiving a new email series. This sounds relatively easy, but unsure what to do. Thanks in advance for all our your help!
