How do I get a refund for a Zapier annual plan purchased by mistake?

    hello from korea, we are ado, email is xxxxx@xxxx.com

we paid year plan 8/31 but it was mistake.

we downgrade our plan soon, but not refund yet. today is 9/25.

I request help center last friday, but ZAP didn’t answer. 

 

what can I do to refund..?? please help me

we are very small startup, so 230$ is important..
