How to integrate Billetto events with Facebook Purchase Conversions via Zapier?

Hey everybody.


Im working with events in Billetto.com. I know Facebook can be integrated with Billetto via Zapier BUT i cannot fint anything that answers my question online.

 

Here goes:

Is it possible to do flows that look like this (and works):

Question 1 - Flow 1:
Billetto app > FB Pages app > Purchase FB Conversions app > Purchase event is sent back to FB?

(Meaning buying directly via FB Page without leaping to Billetto, and having the purchase event sent back to FB?)


Question 2 - Flow 2:

Flow: Billetto app > Purchase FB Conversions app > Purchase event sentto FB (server side) CAPI?

(Meaning creating CAPI with Zapier for purchases done via Billetto and the purchase event sent back to FB?)

 

Nb. this could be leads aswell as purchases. But since im optimizing for sales im interested in purchases.

Thank you very much.

I wanted to test a last time before launching a campaign and ran into my zap-suddenly failing when testing? Do you have any idea? The Integration seems like it does not sync up. Please look at image below. I used this tutorial:

Yes the integration was working. I checked it on the backend of Facebook in events Manager and also in backend of Billetto. It did sent 5-7 test purchases that was registered. But then all of a sudden it stopped working. The offline Conversion setup was no problem.

Btw

In ‘Action source’ should Billetto go as:
1) Website
2) System generated
3) Other?
