I’m trying to create or update a contact in Hubspot when a job is created in ServiceM8 and I receive this error message…

Error from halted execution: Property values were not valid validationMessages: - email: Email address …….@hotmail.com is invalid

I would love some help with this if anyone can - thanks!

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you're facing with your Zap. After reviewing the recording, it seems I require a bit more insight into your “Create or Update Contact” setup.

Could you please share a screenshot of the “Action” section, specifically showing all the fields for the “Create or Update Contact” step? Here’s an example screenshot:
