Hello, I’m trying to send a notification to a discord channel/server each time a video is posted in a Facebook Page. In case it helps, a video is posted every day (or maybe only from Monday to Friday). I’ve been trying with an FB account I manage but it does not work. Does anyone know if this is possible or not? Hi!I’m trying to set up an integration between HubSpot Sales Hub and Podio. We are video production company and need Podio for our project management.We create all of our proposals in Podio and when a proposal is sent to a lead, I want an automation to create a deal with the corresponding lead in HubSpot. I’ve tried to set this up with Zapier but if I choose “Item updated in Podio” as my trigger, I can’t seem to be able to select what specifically needs to be updated in Podio in order to trigger the workflow.This image shows the various fields that we update at different stages of the proposal process. When we select Sent + Pending, I want a Deal created automatically in HubSpot. Does anyone know how to select this as the item updated in Podio when creating the workflow in Zapier?I’m wondering if I should create a Google Sheets doc for all Sent Proposals, so that I can create a workflow from Podio to Sheets and then Sheets to HubSpot instead? Perhaps that will work?Thanks so much!Paige
How exactly does Zapier get “notified” via a defined zap web hook when an app has new data? I don’t understand how the “new record” notification works since I only have a URL to that application to query data or whatever.Possible use-case:Say I want to be notified when there is a new record in MySQL. Then I want to take that record and copy it to DropBox or log some information in a spreadsheet.How does Zapier “know” there was a new record created via the web hook?
Hi, Our contacts in HubSpot are being created - but NOT UPDATING when a person submits the form again using the same address but say with a different first name or so.. even though the HubSpot side of the Zap say’s it will “Create and updated based on email address”.Any help REALLY appreciated. Hi, I have a zap connected to from Xero to Airtable & using the formatter to separate the line items csv. Would anyone be able to assist with an article on doing this or some advice? I can only find basic on the formatter for a while page .csv it seems. Cheers
Hi, I was able to setup a system previously where if someone scheduled an appointment, the lead would be automatically to one of my Monday.com boards. I was able to setup this system by using the JSON formatting previously used. With this new update though, this no longer works and I’m having trouble figuring out how to add the information to the relevant columns. Can someone please advise?

If the answer was ‘not sure’ to any product, this would generate a task for a different colleague. I would like to change ownership of a PDF that a Zap puts into a shared folder in Google Drive but am hitting a wall. The applicable part of the workflow is this: Staff submits a ticket that is emailed to me in Gmail with a PDF attachment Zap puts the PDF attachment into a shared folder in Google Drive Owner of PDF is me, but I don’t want to own it - I’d like to change ownership to whoever submitted it so they can administer the file going forwardVarious staff are emailing me tickets and there a number of shared folders the file could be added to. The problem is that when I look at changed to a mater as a Triger I get all the custom field and their values as two separate arrays. Is there any way to match each filed to its Value so I can filter based on one.I hope this makes sense

I am trying to solve a problem where I need to add text to the body of an email, before it auto-forwards to my BI tool. I need to add a 1:1 token for each customer who uses our email integrations. More details of my workflow is below.Step 1: Email is scheduled from 3rd party platform called PLATFORM AStep 2: PLATFORM A’s email comes into a designated email address on our gmail business accountStep 3: (hopefully) Zapier appends bespoke text to our email. Using the Formatter string.length I count the length of a string then use that to evaluate a condition in a path. The problem is that the output of string.length is text and not a number. (What?!) This means using “greater than” or “less than” doesn’t work. How do I convert this text into a number so I can actually make use of it?
Hi Community!I’m having a strange issue where Zapier can’t find certain asana tasks within projects. I have a zap that does a few different things, but within it I find a specific project in Asana. That works well. When I search that project for a specific task, it gives me an error message. Strangely enough, I’ve tested it with other tasks within that project and some will be found.Has anyone run into bugs or issues like this with finding tasks within asana projects?Thanks!
I have a Zap that creates a new task in ClickUp when my Formstack form is filled out. It works great, but is there a way to get the field names to show up in the task description along with the answers (data from form)? Or do I have to set that up myself? I’ve attached screen shots for reference, I have MANY more fields than what’s shown, this is just an example….which is why I’m hoping there is an easier way to get them in the description than me having to manually format every line. :0/ This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Hi,I’m using a Zap for the Typeform → Asana integration.I’m creating a task in Asana and would like to add the form submitter as a follower (or “Collaborator” in Asana) to the task automatically created when the form is submitted. When I use the custom option to populate the “Followers” with the typeform question asking for the email address, it doesn’t seem to work. However, this approach does seem to work to assign the task using the email address (ie., I can assign the task to the user with the email address entered in the tyepform field). Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!
