Is there a way to automatically move a newly created invoice into a dropbox folder?

Hi @dowtyconstruction 

 

Yes, there definitely is. You can use Quickbooks > New Invoice as a trigger which will then return to you a file of the invoice (downloadable link) then you can use that link to upload the file to dropbox.
