Back in June, we posted this blog post on using Zapier to Automate Airbnb and Other Property Management Workflows with Zapier and I was wondering how many folks use Zapier for this purpose.Do you use Zapier to help you with this kind of work? If not, how do you think you could use the tips in the blog post in other areas of your life/work?For me it's the first point 'Send yourself automatic reminders' that I use most often. I'm always in Slack so use Zapier to set up reminders for everything there! How about you?
Hello Community !I’ve set up a zap with Gdrive / GoogleSheets.Unfortunately, I’m unable to make the “ lookup spreasheet row” function in the zap work.The spreadsheet “countries and emails” is a 2 column table, with 200 lines: Countries| emails . Yes there are headers.When someone fills a form (country being a mandatory field), then the zap should perform a Lookup to find to which email address it should be forwarded. So, I set up the lookup spreadsheet row like this:Lookup column: countries Lookup value: (inherited from form): Italy for instanceI had of course selected the right spreadsheet, worksheet etc. in my gdrive and there are values in thereBut I get this message: Does anyone have a clue? Hi,I’m trying to set up a Zap that posts to a channel with a custom name or create that channel first, if it doesn’t yet exist.You can create a channel and post to that channel with no problem once. Next time, however, creating the channel will return the error message “name_taken”. So, I would either have to be able to check if the channel already exists before trying to create it or just ignore that error and continue posting to the already existing channel.As Slack doesn’t offer a channel search, I can’t do the first and Zapier doesn’t seem to allow the latter.Is that really just not possible?
Hi! I’m very new to both zapier and wordpress, so hopefully some of you guys will know this! We just launched a new website on wordpress and our website we have a lot of forms - e.g. purchase form, apply for scholarship and so on. Before we went live with the new website every time I tested the forms I got an email with the information from the form in my inbox. However after we went live with the website (and changed hosting) we don't receive emails. Is there any way I get set up zapier so when a form is sent in, it zaps and I receive the information from the form in an email? Or in a google sheet maybe? Both are great solutions! In the near future we want to change our newsletter service to Active Campaign so if it is not possible to zap to either Gmail or a google sheet an alternative is AC.Hope to find an answer soon :-) Thank you in advance! I am trying to create a zap that will convert a url into a pdf that can be stored in Airtable. The first zap is using Docusign to connect to our Airtable base which generates a url of asigned Letter of Agreement from Docusign. We now need to be able to take the url that is generated and convert it into the pdf to store in the same Airtable base. Is this possible?
My Hubspot form contains several multiple choice questions where more than one answer can be selected (e.g. “What fruit do you like to eat? Select all that apply.”) If multiple answers are indeed selected, these then get transferred to Zapier as a comma-separated list (e.g. “bananas, apples, oranges”). I’d like to split these line item answers back into the individual answer categories (e.g. “bananas”, “apples”, and “oranges”) so that I can use them individually later to auto-fill a Google Sheet. This Google Sheet has each of those answer categories as individual columns (e.g. “bananas” = A, “apples” = B). I’ve tried multiple Formatter actions and can’t get them to do exactly this. Is it possible on Zapier?
I receive in my Gmail an XML file which I need to extract some info. I can't get the contents of the file to extract the pattern using formatter. Does anyone know how could I get the contents of the file into a step, so I can use it later as input in the Formatter?
I would like to know if our client lists on Wix can be linked to this platform? We make newsletters from this application. We work first and foremost from Excel and then import the customer emails into Wix. Our biggest problem right now is that we don't know when we have new emails from the Excel lists so we always have to re-import everything each time.
Hey there y’all - I need help figuring out the easiest way to do this. The three tables I am working on:Student Dossier - is is a Student profile. The trigger here is: when a new student is added AND chooses the ‘3 MONTH’ or ‘6 MONTH’ road map. Program Roadmap - this is a list of 109 tasks a student needs to complete & check off to get 100% completion. This is the Master copy of the list of tasks. Think of this literally like a checklist screenshot below. Student Personal Roadmaps - this is the 109 tasks linked to the individual student record. Because each of the items is a single record, I want to avoid making 109 parts of the zap.Ultimately, this is the desired simplified formula:IF a new record is created in the 3 MONTH view of the Student Dossier…....THEN create the 109 tasks in the Student Personal Roadmaps table with the Student Name Linked (a linked record). Hello,I’m trying to use Zapier to send webinar registrations to Zoom from an internal platform via a webhook.Everything seems to be setup correctly, fields are correctly mapped. However, when I try and test the setup, I get this error message “User does not exist”. It’s an email that doesn’t exist in Zoom. Did anyone experience the same issue?Thx!
Hi there, This is a bit of a different use case. We have a form that customers can use if they need replacement products. They can select multiple products and these are brought into Zapier as line items. The problem is that the “Create Order” function in Zapier for Shopify ONLY allows you to select one Shopify product. If you choose “Custom” and put the line items in, they’ll push to Shopify, but as new, unlinked products. I need them to come to Shopify linked to the products that already exist in Shopify to accurately decrement stock levels, etc. I can't figure out how for the life of me to do this. I have ensured that the names match what Shopify is expected to see. I did a lookup table for the ID that Shopify is expecting and put those in a line item, etc. to no avail. You can see in the picture below of what I mean. The closest I’ve gotten is the highlighted “fake products” on the left which aren’t linked to anything. Hi everyone, I’m wondering if this is possible: When there’s an Outlook event created with a start time of 17:00 and after, it gets copied to my Google calendar. Some context might help: I work a 9-5 job where I occasionally have events/meetings after 5pm. However, I run a side business that starts at 5pm. So if I get booked in to a work event that starts at 5pm or later, I want that to reflect in my side business calendar (i.e. Google Cal) so that it gets blocked off from my side business clients. I don’t need ALL my work events showing up in my side business calendar because...well, I just don’t need it! I just need the after-5pm-events showing up. Thanks in advance.
Hi So I am sending leads from Facebook Leads Ads to Monday.com using Zapier. Once that item is created in a board in Zapier I want to send the lead info to Aweber so it send automated welcome email series. Having trouble as I can’t find the column values to send name and email to Aweber to create a new subscriber. I have tried everything and it’s bugging me. Please help! Thanks in advance
Hi, I am trying to add new shopify orders as cards in trello. I am interested in formatting each line order in a separate line in the card description. So far I have managed to transfer the data as one chunk of text - however, for a better overview I need each line order in a separate line. Hope someone can help with this!/Philip
Hi, Gmail integrations are powerful, but it’s expensive to trigger on ALL of them. Gmail categories does a ton of work to reduce that clutter…. so how do we trigger zaps on those categories?Without manually labeling or moving gmails between categories (that’s the point), there is no way of triggering a zap on JUST the primary category. I can’t filter in gmail based on category (and label it), and I can’t trigger a zap based on its category. We all read our primary gmails first, but has anyone worked out how to trigger a zap based on the primary category? This would reduce the cost by, 80% or so.Thanks,Chris
HiI cant connect to my woocommerce store.I have tried with multiply admin users, i getting this error:authentication failed: The WooCommerce Zapier plugin is missing or WordPress pretty permalinks may not be configured correctly. 404 File Not Found.I have installed the zapier plugin, but its not compatible with the new WP version and i cant get it to work, can you help me ?

Hello everyone,I am experiencing some problems with the import of Facebook Lead into a Mailchimp list.The zap and the flow are set up correctly but for some reason, the only field that is imported is the email and date of birth of the subscriber.We need to import also their name and surname.The fact is that if I want Name and Surname I have to go to Zapier and make some manual operation on the last lead received, and only after that I get also Name and Surname of that last one.How is that possibile? It isn’t supposed to be an automation? What is the point for me of doing manual actions to get all the fields I need in may Mailchimp list? Please help :(
hello. i have a really really big spreadsheet created by “numbers” and i’d like to fill this spreadsheet from some forms on my wordpress. for those who aren’t familiar, “numbers” is apple’s alterniitive to excel sheet and google spreadsheet. i couldn’t find anything regarding “numbers” on zapier. any heads up ?
I want to automatically have Zapier trigger a Zoom webinar registrant be added to Mailchimp, across multiple events. Currently, it appears the process is to select a specific Zoom event and have it add to Mailchimp, one event at a time. This is PAINFUL as I have multiple events per week, week in and week out, that I need to connect. IS there a better way?
