Hi All,We are currently running an Email campaign where the leads from Woodpecker.io should automatically land into Apptivo CRM portal through Zapier. But the issue is we don’t see an Apptivo CRM application on the Zapier website. Here is the screenshot of the issue. If some one could help us Find a workaround process for this issue that would be much appreciated.Please let me know if you need any further information.Happy to participate in the community conversation until this issue is resolved.
I created a Zap between a Shopify Webhook and Gmail. When an oder’s shipping is updated, then an email is sent out to the customer with the tracking number.It Works perfectly when testing the Zap and verifying that all the things are working. When I test it, the email is CC’d to me and it works, but it’s not triggering on it’s own.
Greetings - first post :-)I’ve had an RSS zap that was running successfully - it looks at RSS and posts to Facebook page. Now it is not running / fails. When I manually run it, it’s stuck on “Looking for new items...”I thought perhaps something has gone wrong, so I paused that zap and recreated a new one, tested it and it works fine during the set up testing - but when it is live, and I click a manual Run Now - the same issue “ Looking for new items...” spinning wheel never stops !I thought perhaps we have an issue in the server and / cloudflare that we use. Maybe the firewall is blocking Zapier - but I checked and there are no blocking events or issues that I can see.I’m on the free plan but was testing the platform before upgrading. It was impressive - but now it is not! I’m hoping I can recover my confidence ;-)I will also ask support. Any help appreciated.
Have a spreadsheet I’d like to dump 2 columns of data from into an email every friday for a simple report. Name and quantity, formatted vertically like it would be on the spreadsheet.a #c #e # I keep getting either a long run on list (a,#,c,#,e,#,...) or nothing at all. This seems dead simple, not sure what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated.
I work for an MSP that is full stack support. I am the project manager and have come to find that Connectwise (CWM) project management is pretty abysmal. My engineers still need to enter time into connectwise and we manage our project templates in Connectwise.What Im trying to do is create a Zap to copy projects from our Managed Services Board and Professional Service boards into the appropriate boards in Asana. I need to copy project name, tickets, and tasks on projects as subtasks of tickets if any.I currently have a zap created from CWM > Asana to find and create MS Project tickets and place them on the Managed Services board, but cannot figure out how to get tickets or subtasks into Asana. Any help?
Greetings, We want to read new tickets from ZenDesk and process them before plugging them into another app. Thus, we need a middle section where if the ticket contains this or that, we restructure part of the data to the schema required by the next app and send it after its been processed.Is there a way to do this? Hi there,I am trying to move zoom webinar registrants into salesforce. First I need to create a campaign in salesforce to add them to. The only field in Zoom that I can see that could be used for that is Topic. The topic does not seem to be coming through in the test data. I can see the field in Zapier but it says no data. I can see the field in Zoom and it has data. Any ideas why the topic field isn’t coming through or how else I could automatically create and look up a sensible campaign name from Zoom in SF? First off, please excuse my ignorance, I must be missing something. I need to setup a zap from outlook to coda every time an email related to specific conversation is received or sent. I have a table in coda listing all my active sales opportunities. Each opportunity has a “Contact” column, and a column showing “Last Communication”. I need a zap where the trigger is an email (sent or received) in outlook, and the action is to create/update a table cell in the “Last Communication” column based on the contact. How can I filter which email triggers the action? I only want the emails from a specific list, do I have to keep adding them to the zapier filter manually? or is there a way to get zapier to reference a table or list. Thanks
I’ve created a new Google form and connected it to a new spreadsheet where responses will be sent. But when I try to create a zap which is triggered on new response in the spreadsheet mentioned above, it is unable to find the spreadsheet (see image attached). I’ve tried logging in and out of zapier and creating a different zap but nothing is working. I’ve never had this issue before and have made multiple zaps triggered by google forms. Please help!
My zaps have been working fine to add new contacts to our Benchmark Email contact lists from Podio CRM until today. I am getting the error message: you have exceeded your API limits for adding contacts Please check your API field and try again. Can anyone help me with this?
HiI saw this being discussed a year ago and it was mentioned that it will replay only failed steps. In our case the server returned a parse error so it’s definitely not “success”, is there a way to tag them as failed or something so we can replay them? I cannot resend the info through FB to zapier. If this still doesn’t exist, then it would be great if it can be added asap, I’m sure we’re not the only ones with these “successful” false positives.Thank you
Hi, I am working for a non profit org where they want to integrate the donations received via PayPal into Salesforce. I was able to create zap to integrate the information from google sheets into Salesforce without much issues. However, I am not sure how to test PayPal integration. My zap has several paths depending on the info received from PayPal and the info that is available in Salesforce. FYI, I only have restricted access to Salesforce and I have asked my manager to update the IPN hook provided by Zapier into PayPal and he did do that. However, when a transaction came in PayPal, the info was not found in Salesforce. When I looked at the Zap history, I see that the data from PayPal is shown as “Missing Data”. So, I am not sure what is coming from PayPal. Is there a way to test the Zap with test PayPal transactions? Can someone help? Thanks,Bala.
Hi there,One of my client reported, he is getting errors on Zapier when importing data from Maropost to Wicked reports. He is connecting Maropost to Wicked Reports with the help of Zapier integration. When he is pushing contacts from Maropost to Wicked reports, he is getting an error : Required Filed: “ContactID is missing”.Check Below shared screenshot:- https://zappy.zapier.com/671f2ffc46a05dea7abbb4ca52d69571.pngIn wicked reports, there is one mandatory field "contact ID" that needs to be mapped while integrating. We are able to map successfully, however, when we are pushing a contact from Maropost's list to Wicked report with Zapier, we kept getting errors. Contact ID is missing and zap is getting failed. Hi all,I’ve set up a zap to add Gumroad customers to my Revue mailing list. The email transfers properly, but the custom required fields of First Name and Last Name won’t update in Revue and are just left blank. It’s programmed correctly on Zapier with the fields linked and showing data from the test sale. Any thoughts?! Thanks,BC
Hello. I am using the Webflow platform and have a page that needs to load a form generated from a client’s API. I ran this by Webflow Support, they suggested that Zapier could help with this. Is this possible to do with Zapier? Hi everyoneI use Xero as my quote tool. When a job’s quote gets accepted by the client, I want Zoho CRM to update the status of the job.Currently there is a Reference Number on the Quote (eg. JDP-1001) that is the same as the Job Number in the CRM Deals module.I know you can use filters to get individual records... what I need is a 2-way filter that matches the Reference Number on the Quote (in the trigger) against the Job Number in the CRM (in the action) and updates the CRM to let the CRM user know the quote is accepted.This doesnt seem to be possible with the current architecture....
