We’ve got an LMS product which our client would like automated notification of upcoming training sessions etc.
Would Zapier be the route to go?
How easy is it to integrate Zapier automation into the process.
This wont happen to frequesntly som I’m actually contemplating the free version.
Let me know your thoughts.

Zap apps can be searched here: https://zapier.com/apps
Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions plus help links.
That can help your side get the gist of what should be possible to automate.

Thanks for your response. I have to admit, it’s quite daunting trying to muster your way through all the Zap apps in the list. Is there a way to narrow down the list? Or Perhaps you could guide me ito of the searching criteria?
Maybe I could offer you some more context for what I would like to use it for? I would like the app to notify LMS (standalone platform and not part of your LMS lists) users, of upcoming classroom/virtual sessions. This should be an automated process for every session scheduled.
The same automated process could be applied when a course is about to run out and learners need to be informed that there’s only a certain amount of days left.
+14If there is no Zap app integration for an app you are trying to use, then you will have to explore an advanced approach of using the app webhook and app API if those are supported.
