I've used Zapier to connect my Slickstream account to Flodesk, to import new subscribers.
This process has been working without issue for several months. A few weeks ago, this connection stopped working and is producing the error, "Field Already Exists", even when verifying that the emails that Zapier is attempting to import are not, nor ever were, in my Flodesk account.
Slickstream support has reviewed the issue extensively, and can confirm that the Slickstream data is being pulled correctly from Slickstream, and that the "Zap" is set up correctly in Zapier.
The error is with the "Create/Update Subscriber" part of the flow. We've even added an intermediate step in the Zap to first "check if the subscriber exists" and only proceed if false, but we have not been able to run a successful "Zap" - the same "field already exists" consistently persists.
Can you please help me understand with the "field already exists" error is referring to and what may have caused this error to suddenly start appearing after many months without issue?
Thanks!
