Question

How do I create an Excel macro button to generate an email details worksheet and send it via Mailchimp using Zapier?

Hello Zapier Community -

I hope you can help me determine if my imagined integration is possible. Below is what I am trying to accomplish.

  1. A macro button in Excel will create a new worksheet that will contain an email address, subject, and HTML email.
  2. When the new worksheet is created, Mailchimp will use the information in the worksheet (email address, subject, and HTML) to create and send an email.

Is this possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Nicole

Thank you for the reply. I reviewed the resources provided but was unable to find a way to automate what I am trying to do. I was hoping someone knows of a possibility that I was unable to find. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @ncharpentier6,

Have you tried experimenting with the “New Worksheet” trigger? The “New Worksheet” trigger will trigger the Zap when there’s a new worksheet created in the spreadsheet.

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
