I am very new to Zapier. My Zap answers Google reviews with the help of chatgpt. It works wonderfully. Now a further step is to be implemented. Before the answer is posted, it should be approved. So an email is sent with the rating and the answer. If I reply to the mail with OK, the answer should be posted. I can't get this to work. Does anyone here have an idea? Many thanks for your help!
