I am trying to create a call out notification system for our scheduling team.

 

I have a list of phone numbers on a board in Monday.com. When a specific status is changed on another board I am fetching the list of phone numbers and using formatter to comma separate them.

 

The problem I am running into is on the last step with the RingCentral action. It appears I can only send it to one phone number. My zap works when I test on 1 number but anything more than that it fails. Is this just a limitation with ringcentral or zapier? I need to send out a handful of individual texts with the same message (something like press 1 if you can accept the sub case or 2 if you cannot).

 

If it is a limitation issue, is it possible to bring in twilio into the equation? If so, how would I do that? Can I use a specific ring central number to send the mass sms?
