Hello,

I’m having the same issue a user previously reported here, but I can’t get it fixed.
I have tried everything the other users suggested, but without success.

I made sure my IG account is set to Business, I linked it to my FB account, I refreshed Zapier, cleared the cache…(I can add images if needed).
Has anybody had the same problem?

I’m so sorry for the delayed response here.

Could you please try inputting the Instagram account ID in the “Instagram Account to Use” field as a custom value? Like so:

I’m having the same issue. I cannot for the life of me locate my Instagram Account ID. Any thoughts?


Hi @YourGreyMattersPod,

You should be able to locate the Instagram Account ID when you connect Instagram to Zapier. Here’s an example screenshot:

To clarify, is this when I select Instagram or Instagram for Business as the app? I have selected the business version and I do not seem to get the option (with my own ID) as you do in your screenshot.

You can find the Instagram Account ID in the screenshot that I sent when you connect your Instagram account to Zapier.
