Hi Im looking for some guidance setting up a Zapier integration integration between Jira and Autotask The client is using Jira to manage there workloads and they want to pass work to our support ticket system which is Autotask We would like to receive new autotask tickets when a request is made in Jira from the client site. It would be great to know if anyone has created this zapier integration and what best practice / process integration was created which could be shared / reused as a starter
Hi,I am new to Zapier. I am trying to connect my pocket account with airtable through Zapier.The problem I have is that the tags in pocket come inside other items. I am not very clear how I can extract the correct tag in this case.I am using "New Archived Item in Pocket". My column configuration in Airtable is:Title | Url | Tag | IDWhen I want to extract the label from pocket, I have this problem:I want to extract the tag that I have assigned to that item in Pocket. The problem is that when I dump the data in Airtable it shows the label like this. This causes that if the label changes, the item is not registered. I don't know if I am complicating myself unnecessarily. I hope you can help me.Thanks
Hi there! I am trying to be more efficient in zap/task building and finding I am doing a lot of ZAPS versus leveraging multiple tasks within a single zap. For example I have multiple zaps into a GS from LearnWorlds for different reasons or data. Is there a way to have all those tasks into the single zap. I have a requirement to track the changes happening on opportunity object and all the field updates to be send to two managers to keep a track on changes happening. The challenge is that, the manager names are on the opportunity and i should be able to set those field values (Users) as the recipients for which I am stuck
Hey. I’m struggling to set-up a workflow that will automatically update existing Hubspot records based on a Calendly submission. When a prospective customer books a Calendly meeting with me, they are automatically created in Hubspot. I would like to create a zap that automatically updates their Lifecycle Stage. However I’m getting stuck as it needs an Object ID from Hubspot to run the zap which I wouldn’t know how to source within the workflow. Any ideas on what this could look like as a zap?
Hello!I am trying to use Zapier Transfer mechanism for a scheduled transfer TO Salesforce weekly FROM another app. Essentially, the email id of the Salesforce Contact is a foreign key from the source app, thus I pull data based on a criteria, but then I need to update the corresponding record having that email id in Salesforce.Note, typically this record already pre-exists in Salesforce and I’d like to update a few fields in that record, such as “Sales Activity Response”. Record Creation is not a desirable option.Now, the way Transfer UI is set up, I can:Select “Update Contact” or “Update Record” in Salesforce, Connect to the appropriate Salesforce instance, Select “Custom Value” , Enter a custom value. Here I copy the email id incoming from the “other app”.The issue here is that there is no “predefined key” on which search happens in Salesforce. You can conduct a search using Email field but you need to prescribe it somewhere.The question is, how will the Transfer Gods understand tha

Not sure if this is the right thread, but it seems that “privacy setting” is a required field actually (People at Zapier might want to fix that)It took me a few hours to figure this out...Also you don’t want to get stuck at the testing phase when it’s not working. Switch the zap on, go to zap history, run it manually and you’ll get more detailed information about the error (in this case you don’t even get an error message when you test it...)
Hello I am trying to create a Zap that will do the following. When we get a new Patron on Patreon they are added to a Google Sheet. Then once they cancel their pledge we update the sheet COL of active to NO. I am able to get the first part of this working just fine. But I am having issues on the update column portion. 1. I am able to setup the lookup step just fine and all the data is visible. Next step I use the ID value that’s looked up in the spreadsheet from the previous step. Then I update the sheet with all of the same data except I change the Active column to NO. This is where the issue comes in, when I run the test it comes back with Cursor Out Of Bounds. I am not sure how to resolve this. Any insight would be great.
I’m setting up a default value where if Output 0 doesn’t have any value it will replace it with Output 1.The output come from regex where if match there is data in either Output 0 or 1.If there is no data in Output 0 and there is data is Output 1 it will replace the value.The problem when Output 1 doesn’t have value as a default value and the test flow will fail. Will the flow fail? or just it will just use the value from Output 0?

We have a service business so every invoice/deal is different. I need this functionality to track the new incomming business and existing business and if the service is a one-timer or recurring to clients. That make it even more important that when the invoice is sent the deal is created in Hubspot in the correct pipeline, assigned to the right contact/company and (if possible) the automatically recognize if the contact is a one-timer deal or recurring. Could someone help me with this?
I am trying to set up a flow and I am not sure how it would work. I am calling a webhook and passing some query parameters to Zapier. Zapier catches the hook, and uses the data to search for a record in Airtable, all works well...BUT, I want to the response of the webhook call to return the record it found in Air table. Anyone ever do anything like this?

Hi all, I want to add a zapier email automation to a thread created by another zapier automation.Extra tricky issue: they need to trigger in the right order. Set-up:I have a Form where people can submit some informationThat form has AppScript in the background and searches items in other sheets and then sends an email with the results in HTML format.On each form submit I also have a Zapier automation that sends the curated form submission in Slack I want to send that HTML plain text into Slack as well as it contains important information BUT I need it to be appended in the thread of the “Form submit” as to not create extra noise. I saw the information around threads and Ts but do not understand how to connect the 2 automations and achieve this. Any ideas?Thank you all in advance
We are having some issue with Zapier to HubSpot. The number of applicants in Workable is not matching the number of candidates in HubSpot. Zapier is the middle tool that we are using so that we can receive applicants from Workable. Can someone please help me to fix this so that all applicants from Workable will go through in HubSpot?
