Hi

We use the booking platform formitable at my restaurant, and i am looking for a way to export all my bookings to a CRM system such as hubspot as and when thy come in, and then if they havent booked again within 6 months we would send them an email them with a special offer. Right now it seems Zapier only has 3 pre built zaps which dont address my issues.  They are:

  1. Canceled Reservation (Triggers when a reservation is canceled.)
  2. New Reservation. (Triggers when a new reservation is accepted)
  3. Updated Reservation. (Triggers when a reservation is updated)

Does anyone here have experience with this or perhaps knows a workaround for this ?

Hi @shanea

Zap app available triggers/actions:

You can use the 3 Formitable triggers to create Zaps to send the reservation data to HubSpot.

Then, the email logic would need to be configured in HubSpot.

Hi Troy thanks for this, it makes sense. However, do you have experience setting up Zapier with Formitable?

Right now when i try to link my formitable account to Zapier, I get a 403 error message like this:

authentication failed: The app returned "403".

  1. Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup
  2. Double check your Account has the correct permissions
  3. Check out our help docs for more information

I have full admin access to formitable so im not sure how many ore permissions i can get.

Hi there @shanea,

I’m jumping in to see if I can help!

It looks like you’re running into a permission error. Could you please let me know if you have the correct permissions for Formitable?
