I want the Slack message to include a piece of data from a record in Airtable.The field type in Airtable is “Autonumber” and I have gotten it to show up in the past but tried to add another one and it is not showing up (even after refreshing the fields).Wondering if anyone has any suggestions for troubleshooting? I currently sell private content using Squarespace members area. As far as I’m concerned, no other website builder really comes close in terms of showcasing premium Members only content as Squarespace.However, the commerce functionalities in Squarespace are definitely lacking - for example, there’s no multi-currency checkout, no international/localized payment methods, etc. It’s pretty frustrating if you’re selling in several different markets.Is there any way to integrate a Shopify landing page/checkout with a Squarespace Members area? So in other words, customers can sign up through the Shopify landing page, using the Shopify checkout, but then once they’ve paid they’re directed to the ‘backend’ which is the Squarespace members area?How can Zapier help with this? Any feedback is appreciated.

zapier doesnt give me the option to select the email i want from incoming sales confirmations. its in one section of the body of the message.
I’m setting up a zap so when I get a sales confirmation email in gmail the customer email address gets added to a Flodesk segment. When I’m setting it up and it prompts me to select the email I want in the tester, the email I want to grab is popped into a section with the body of the email. Is there a way to separate that email out so I can set up my flow to grab my new customer emails?
I am trying to create the following Zap: Triggered by a Mailchimp tag. Get the tag. Send an email to the Mailchimp audience with that tag. The email should have a file attachment as specified in #4 below. Based on the tag name, pick a file named “tagname” from a central location (Dropbox/Google Drive?) and attach to email before sending.Is this possible? Has someone tried something similar before? I have a zap that pull info from a form on a Front end that customers have to Enter information about the Account then the contacts to put under that account. The zap will pull the fields entered and find an account in that name or create one if the fields entered are unique. Then Contact fields are entered bellow to put into the account. There are 3 types of contact: A, B, and C (the contact types are decided by a picklist field in Contact object). So the Form has A contact info: first, last, email, phone, title. B has First, last, email, phone, title. C has First, last, email, phone, title, identification number. The problem arises when One person can be both contact type A and B OR A and C and so on (same first, last, etc...) . Zapier returns an error for duplication contact records, and only contact type A in any case will be successfully entered into Salesforce. When a person submits their address (for me via Givebutter, but really using any integration), I’d like to automatically look up their political districts. Are there any integrations that work with Zapier that could do this for me?Outside of Zapier, I can use something like the Google Maps Platform to go from postal address to geocode (lat/long) and then a service like Open States to go from geocode to U.S. state and federal political districts; however, neither seem to work with Zapier.I’m brand new to Zapier, so please forgive my ignorance about all of this stuff.
I have set up a zap for google contacts to my CRM database- FOLLOW UP BOSS “new contact or updates” It is trying to go through all 3000 of my contacts. How do I set it up to start from here on out and not go through all 3000 of my contacts which will use all my tasks. The zap also keeps pausing as HELD too much- so I want for that reason too.
I’ve connected Monday.com to Zapier via the personal API.Zapier can “see” my main boards but can’t show me any of the project column fields/data that are on those boards.In a different Monday/Zapier account I was able to see ALL the project column data so I could create a message populated by some of column info.Now in this account, I can’t see anything other than the main board name and the board ID number. I’m not sure what I need to do so I can access that project column data.Attached is a screen grab of the only fields I see :(
I have a Zap that would take two paths. First, it searches for a user based on email via webhook. If there’s a user, then it returns an ID number and proceeds with path A.If there’s no existing user, the first step would return “Bad Request” and then the goal is for it to proceed under Path B.However, it appears that because of the “Bad Request” (400) the Zap wouldn’t continue, even though I want it to.How do I fix this?
Hey Guys, Hope you can help me out. I want to do the following. I have a sheet which collects leads that made a purchase, when the sheet is filled or updated I want to check if the field Order nr. is filled or empty. When the field is filled “do nothing” when it is empty I want to grab a value from Tab B where I have a bunch of coupon codes. Ideally I would be able to delete the row in tab B so you can always pick the first row for this action and give all the leads a unique code. I think I am quite close to the solution but I don’t know how to get the info from tab B into Tab A because Tab B has not been used in the other steps of the zap so I can’t use it to look up that info. Any clue how to fix this?Happy to hear your ideas.Thanks Richard
Klaviyo error: Failed to create an event in Klaviyo, required field "email address" (email) is missing.
I am trying to get the data from the booking system I work with to Klaviyo (CRM). The metrics I am trying to get an insight into are : booked class, bought credits and account created. I am getting stuck on the email required field. I’ve tested it with my own email address, however, this results in requests all being triggered by that one email address in Klaviyo, which doesn’t provide a clear view on the data. I have then tried choosing the raw data in the email address field, however, this results in this error. Have anyone experienced this? How can this be solved? Thanks in advance, and apologies if this sounds super dumb :D I am quite new to this

My trigger is adding a new label to an email and the action would create a new card in the list on my Trello board. The test runs okay but when I try to publish my Zap it says that My Gmail data can only be sent to approved apps. Unfortunately, the app you I'm using is no longer supported. Hi there, I’m setting up a new Zap (first time user) for between Webflow and Zoom Webinars: https://zapier.com/apps/webflow/integrations/zoom. The trigger is that when a form is submitted, a new webinar registrant is submitted in Zoom. However, in the first step, we get this error message: “we couldn't find a submission. Create a submission in your webflow account and test your trigger again”However, we actually do have 3 submissions:It does seem to work with all other forms, while these forms do not differ in settings from others. Does it take time for Zapier to actually note the subscriptions? Because the form did show up in the list of forms to choose. Or could there be another problem? Hope to get your advice! KR,Gerbrand
